If you want a bunch of jerks to bang at your door and ring your doorbell despite a sign NOT to do so, these are your guys. One of my pets broke a tooth racing up the stairs in panic.

I have five large oaks which we planted over forty years ago. Sherlock’s arborist team is very experienced in proper trimming and reducing. They maintain several other trees on our property, and they are all very professionally trimmed.

I used Sherlock to professionally prune back my Japanese Blueberry trees which I had neglected for a few years. They did a great job, under the watchful eye of an arborist, pruning them back so that they will grow back in nice and lush. All debris was promptly removed and there was nothing left for me to clean-up. I would highly recommend this business and will be using them for future work.

Have been using Sherlock Tree for 20 years. The company trains their employees and they are very knowledgeable about your project when they arrive. They are careful and respectful of your property and do a wonderful job with the final clean up.

My email request for an estimate was responded to right away. In the next week an arborist came to my home and I received several helpful plant recommendations on the spot. I don’t usually write reviews but I had to write this one. It would be amazing if all businesses provided this level of service. It is unusual. I will always call Sherlock Tree in the future.

Sherlock Tree was hired to remove several trees after providing an estimate. The community contracted them and they started the work. They decided in the final stages that the estimate did not include complete removal and took their equipment and left a large tree stump. Upon several calls to the company (yes the receptionist is very nice and polite and promises that she will pass on the message) there has been no call back. I am not sure how a company stays in business this long with this type of behavior. Definitely not recommended.

I have 3 big trees that I get trimmed for hurricane season every other year. Never have they been done so professionally. The Sherlock crew showed up with a seven man
crew and 2 bucket trucks. The trees were crowned and interior cleaned and trimmed in about 2 hours. They hauled all debris away and raked my yard. This team knew exactly what they were doing. I highly recommend them for your tree needs. I even learned some things from talking to the arborist on the crew.
Knowledgeable, professional, and good value for the money. I'll definitely have them back.

I gave Sherlock Tree a chance to fix what they broke with close to 10 phone calls and false promises nearly 2 months later. On March 16 they were cutting down landscape on a commercial business behind my property. I was outside picking up all the branches on my side they left behind as they were cutting. Eventually a tree branch fell on my fence and instead of lifting the branch their employee tried to pull it, bending and breaking my fence. I told them on the spot, only to be called a lair and then to get a sarcastic, “how about we replace and fix your entire fence.” To which I mentioned just fix what you broke. Overall unprofessional to not take responsibility and fix what they did even when they eventually promised to take care of it. I’m not even a customer so be cautious when deciding to work with them.

They trim my Hong kong Orchid each year. Fast, professional service. It looks great. I highly recommend Sherlock Tree Company.

The Sherlock Tree were working in my neighbors yard behind my house and told me they were contractors for AT&T and had to clear the lines behind my house where my Eureka palms were planted for privacy. From picture 1, you can see the unprofessional job they did. They cut down 12 trees in that one clump alone. When someone came back to see what the cutter had done he told him right in front of me that he cut way too much. I the asked him, why wasn't he observing the worker and he said there was no one in charge. When they finished butchering my fence line they cleared out very fast. When I went to the front yard I expected everything to be gone and I was shocked to see they left a huge mess all over my front yard. (picture 2) When I walked down the street to question the driver he said his truck was full and he couldn't take my brush. (3rd picture) He said he might consider taking the brush if I left him alone. About an hour later he picked up all the brush in the neighborhood except my yard. When he passed my house I walked down the street again and asked why he wasn't picking up my palms and he said it was because I added a lot of dead branches. You can see from the second picture that wasn't true. I said that he needed to come back and pick up my branches or at least get them off my yard so my grass didn't die because bulk wasn't coming for some time and said he would only do it if I gave him $20. So after admitting his guy cut too much, now he's trying to squeeze money out of me for doing an unprofessional job. I called the company and left a message and no one would return my call as mentioned in some of the other reviews. Needless to say I will never let these people on my property again and you shouldn't either. AT& T should be embarrassed for hiring such unscrupulous and unprofessional company. As another post mentioned, I would give them zero stars if possible.

I had three very large trees on my rental property. They were causing damage to my driveway, foundation, and sidewalk. The city wanted a permit, and I needed an arborist and report submitted with the application. I called several other companies and all made promises, but never could follow through with the report and permit. One call to Sherlock and everything as they got the permit within weeks and the trees were all removed within days of getting the permit. They did an incredible job on a difficult project. Thank you, Sherlock.

All the men worked so hard all day and way past sunset! I’ve been looking at a pile of debris for over a year on the FPL easement left by them behind the house! Today the Sherlock Tree workmen finally made that ugly Iguana nest go away. On our property, The Black Olive Tree, the Mahogany tree, the Areca Palm Tree and Coconut Palm were also expertly trimmed. We are so very happy and highly recommend Sherlock Tree to everyone. I was driving behind the truck, jotted their ph# from the truck…the best thing I ever did! You won’t regret calling them! Shaun is great too… listened, acted with great follow-up.

Highly recommend Sherlock Tree *WOW*. I live in Highland Beach and they trim our street every year. Today was the day, and the Sherlock team did an incredible job. They are professional and friendly, and exceptionally thorough. When I asked them to address some things, they didn’t hesitate and performed a beautiful service. They left our street cleaner than when they arrived. I can’t thank them enough, especially Dennis Forgione who is an amazing supervisor!

They removed my tree roots. Excellent service. They are very honest, professional and go above and beyond for their clients explaining everything. They have excellent response time and communication. Great guys and they have their own equipment and show up when they say they are going to show up. Great pricing too. Much better than any other quotes we got.
