Potter's Lawn and Landscaping, Tree Division did an outstanding job at my home. Nina Potter was involved every step of the way. She came out for the estimate, then followed up with the communication and scheduling. She was on-site while the work was done. She and her crew were very professional, and did a nice job triming 4 hardwood trees, and 7 palm trees. They cleaned up after the work was done. A screen on my patio was damaged from a falling branch. Nina brought it to my attention, and sent someone out right away to replace it. I'm a satisfied customer, and will use them again.

As a commercial general contractor, we rely on our landscaper/irrigation contractor to come through at the end of the project to prevent delays in final inspections. Potter's is excellent - they are on time, clean, and do what the say. Nina and Amy are a pleasure to work with!

Potters did an extensive landscape project for our business which is a large automobile dealership. We then hired them to do our monthly maintenance. They did a great job and the owner is very hands one. Highly recommend them for a new project, a refresh or monthly maintenance.

Potters brought in mature healthy plants and made sure that they were properly spaced. They also pointed out a problem with a large root from a large tree on neighboring property to give me time to deal with it before any serious damage occurred. The job looks great and I am confident that the plants they installed will remain healthy a mTur beautifully as long as I follow their instructions for maintenance.

We needed a tree removed due to structural damage to utility lines and driveway. Once the tree was removed, the stump needed to be ground. Subsequently we were required to replace the one tree with two of a different type. The replacement trees are fine specimens, and I'm very satisfied with them, and the service provided by Nina, Amy, and others from Potter's.

Our Association switched to Potter’s April 1 from company we had for 25 years. We could not be happier. The quality of work is incredible! If we make a request or have a concern they respond in a very timely manner. I highly recommend both their landscaping & irrigation services.

Great experience. I called Potters and they were great to work with. Everyone else I called said it would be over a month to trim my two star fruit trees, or they wouldn't trim trees in Broward, or they weren't an arborist. Potter's was able to accommodate all my needs and do it within the week. They did a great job and will be my go to for the star fruits!

I have been extremely dissatisfied with the services provided by Potter's Lawn & Landscaping in our community. Their daily presence with numerous trucks, mowers, and personnel has been highly disruptive, making the neighborhood feel overwhelmed.

A particularly distressing incident involved them trimming my tree without my consent. The result was a severe and unprofessional hack job, far from a proper trim. This unauthorized action has left me deeply upset.

Additionally, their maintenance practices are subpar. Debris is frequently blown onto my patio, requiring me to sweep it multiple times a week. This lack of attention to detail and respect for residents' properties is unacceptable.

I strongly urge Potter's Lawn & Landscaping to reassess their approach and consider the well-being of the communities they serve. Their current methods are intrusive and inconsiderate, leading to unnecessary stress for residents.

This company is excellent they are always responsive, fairly priced , and very knowledgeable.I have used them commercially and residential.Nina the owner really gets customer service. Highly recommend Potters.

They have been doing all the areas in my condo I always have the same issues. They always skip some houses. I can say they just offer a poor service

We love our new landscaping. Gave us exactly what we asked for. Low maintenance, and privacy. We get many compliments from everyone, even passersby’s. Would definitely recommend them and use them again if needed.

Amy and the men that was part of the install was amazing in many ways. Amy and the workmen goes above and beyond to please the costumer. They are hard working neat clean up after themselves and work hard at making sure they end up with a costumer Their willingness to satisfy is endless and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Purchased a house where the trees surrounding the house had been neglected for years and became way, way overgrown. Potter's trimmed and cleaned them up as we wanted.
