Jack and his team have done a terrific job on laying out and installing the sprinkler heads along with setting up the appropriate zones and watering times. He takes the time on going through and teaching how to run the Hydrawise Configuration program on your phone and computer until you feel confident on programing the system yourself.

Robert, Jack, and Stanley did a superb job fixing the Cloisters system, saving us thousands of dollars a month. Ted Conner Landscaping did a great job on time and on budget.

Absolutely amazing company!! We had a leak in our irrigation system, gave them a call and Mark was out the very next morning first thing. Mark was fantastic he explained everything he was going to do, why we had the issue. He repaired it the same day and showed us as he tested the irrigation that our problem was fixed. Would hands down recommend and will 100% use again! Ask for Mark he’s the best :)

I hired this company twice to address severe flooding issues at my house. Unfortunately, after two attempts, I still experience significant flooding during heavy rains. While I understand that complete flood prevention may not have been possible, my main goal was to reduce the need for constant vigilance and equipment deployment during rainstorms. Regrettably, I still find myself having to take extensive precautions whenever heavy rain is forecast.

The lack of noticeable improvement after two separate engagements is disappointing, especially considering the investment I made. The company failed to meet my primary objective of significantly reducing flood risks and the associated stress. I cannot recommend their services based on my experience.

IRRIGATION/wet checks and repairs
As a former municipal Purchasing Director and now as an HOA Board Director/Officer, I'm tough on vendors. This vendor came highly recommended, but was more expensive than our current vendor. Our HOA had serious irrigation repair billing issues, so we went with Ted Conner. Needless to say, we SAVED $ in the long term. Repairs were reduced by over 71%. "You get what you pay for", certainly applies. We are getting top notch service. Besides the SAVINGS, we get prompt response when needed. Our irrigation worker is an honest, hard working professional, that has proven trustworthy, time and time again.
It starts at the TOP, and it is evident that this is a reputable company to do business with!

My condo just finished a project with Ted Conner landscaping and we were happy with the work that was done.Jack is easy to work with, he answers all your questions in full and when you call he picks up phone right away or gets back to you in a timely manner. His staff is friendly and knowledgeable. On our next project we will use Ted Conner again for sure . His pricing is fair and I would recommend you not be afraid to use this company. Five stars for sure.

Our condo community had a major disruption with our sprinkler system. Ted Conner Company was highly recommended to us, and we used them to repair our system. The technician who was sent, Robert, was a pleasure to work with. He is easily one of the most professional, and knowledgeable contractors we ever had. He got us back and running again! Stanley came out today for the monthly sprinkler service. First of all he is great anytime he comes but today he saved the day. There was an unusual leak deep under a bush and broken by some tree roots. He texted me a video so I could authorize the repair and then he texted me showing me the finished job. It looked terrific. Now that section of the lawn will flourish again! I am grateful to Ted Conner's team and really grateful to Stanley for such a great job. Happy New Year!!

Jack was quick to reply to my email seeking help with a problem I have with the irrigation control system. He called me to troubleshoot the problem and find a solution. His care and attention to ensure complete customer satisfaction is a hallmark of his service. I highly commend Jack for his outstanding communication and customer service.

I had the pleasure working with Jack on a sprinkler install on a clients home about 3 years ago. I had a few issues today and to my amazement Jack pulled over and spent over an hour on the phone helping me get the sprinkler system back up and running. He was able to log into our system and problem solve the issues! He was able to get the system up and running from miles away, not to mention he was on vacation! It’s so hard to find contractors now a days that actually still problem solve after being paid. I cannot recommend them enough. They not only professionally install the system but help even years later getting the system back up and running! If I could leave a 10 star review I would! Kudos to Jack and his team

Ted Conner has been providing service for our community for years. Anytime I need adjustments to sprinklers around my house, they are prompt and very accommodating. They are knowledgeable and give me good advice. They quickly resolve any problems I have with irrigation. Today, Stanley and Celisa capped two sprinkler heads under my pavers. It was a messy job. In less than 10 minutes, they lifted the pavers, capped the sprinklers and replaced the pavers leaving them looking perfect and clean. This a friendly, hard working, company and I trust them with my lawn needs. ✨

As a technology specialist, I found this system to have everything that is needed for optimal irrigation with minimum water loss. The technicians, Robert and Michael, not only did an outstanding job with the installation, but were very knowledgeable with the product, the setup process and it's functionality. Jack in the office gave me a complete tutorial of the app and worked with me to make sure that the setup is correct for my exact location. It is a rare pleasure to work with such professionals.

I'm sure they do good work but their service trucks are constantly parking on pedestrian sidewalks. Constantly. It's incredible rude and super dangerous. Pompano is one of the worst cities in the nation for pedestrian deaths and this company's constant disregard for sidewalks is a huge problem.
