I was impressed with the customer service I received immediately. Once scheduling a service call Jack gave me his cell phone number and communicated with me on the upcoming service. Robert was amazing. He quickly diagnosed the problem within minutes and explained to us what the problem was and how he was going to fix it with a smile. Robert was extremely pleasant to speak with and so professional. He never seemed rushed to not communicate with us while he was at our residence. Robert definitely needs to be praised for an excellent job done. Thank you Jack for the constant communication and Robert for the incredible service.

In less than 24 hours, I was thrilled when Robert, an exceptional technician, arrived to inspect the entire system. He thoroughly tested all the zones and sprinkler heads, discovering two leaks which he quickly repaired during the same visit. Robert went above and beyond by noticing some sprinkler heads weren’t spraying perfectly and made the necessary adjustments. hey do yall mind NOT ripping up all my pride flags and destroying any property of mine that is a pride flag. It’s actually really weird how you left everyone’s Christmas decorations untouched but all of my flags were scattered around my front lawn shredded to pieces. I had to throw so many others away because they were just BITS of plastic everywhere. It’s so dangerous to the environment as well….

Recently, my mother's newly built home had a continuously wet area in her yard. The builder's warranty representative wasn't responsive, and mom wanted it fixed. I called Ted Conner Landscaping. They sent Robert to the house. He immediately got to work, identified the problem (leaking valves), repaired what he could (cleared them), and provided recommendations for avoiding the issue in the future (having the builder replace the existing valves with those rated for a reclaimed water system). Robert was professional, courteous, and friendly. He worked quickly and effectively. I would recommend Robert & Ted Conner Landscaping for irrigation work.

It was great working with this company! Jason came out and suggested the leak in my yard was maybe a city line. Jack was great and was patient as he walked us through things and how to reach out to the city. The city came by and fixed it pretty quickly.

Before selecting Ted Connor Landscaping for some serious home tree trimming, landscape design, Landscape installation, and new lawn irrigation sprinkler system installation, I wondered if I made the right decision. There were a few online complaints that Ted’s prices were very high. After speaking with Ted concerning the work that needed to be done, I was convinced that his company was the right one for our work. Have you ever heard the expression that “you get what you pay for?”

The people and equipment his company used for our tree trimming was first class. The workers all wore company shirts, they arrived early and worked late, they all worked the entire day with only a lunch and two water breaks. The supervisor of the crew had worked with Ted for over 14 years.

Ted, personally, was a big help in helping us to design our new landscaping design plans. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in this business. He can quote you the names of trees, plants, and flowers using both their common and scientific family names. He knows which ones are native to this area and which are not. He knows which planting will need extra water and attention and which ones pretty much take care of themselves. Even with this professional knowledge base, he offers his ideas as suggestions and is not at all offended if his advice is not accepted. His goal is to give his customer his best professional advice so that the customer will be able to make the most informed decisions concerning their landscape design.

The landscaping crew themselves are very professional and excellent workers. They arrived early and left after a full days work, again only taking a lunch and two water breaks. The landscaping supervisor, Judy, was with the company for over 24 years.

The irrigation crew of four continued with the same work ethic as the other two crews. They arrived early, worked a full day, and took two water breaks. The crew’s supervisor, Stanley, also had worked for Ted for over 14 years. They knew what needed to be done to set up the system, which sprinkler heads would work best, and require the least amount of homeowner attention. The sprinkler heads selected were described as being the “top of the line” sprinklers and would be the most efficient and in the end, least costly sprinkler heads for the homeowner.

The irrigation controller installed was described as a solar powered, wireless “weather station.” It had a sensor that constantly measured the environment’s humidity, temperature, and moisture. It then would automatically determine if the system needed to turn itself on or not based upon the present moisture environment and water needs of the landscaping.

The PVC piping used for the system was commercial grade PVC (thicker than the typical residential grade that most other companies use and as such, less likely to be damaged.) Another “over and above” something that Ted’s irrigation people did was to add an extra PVC pipe with the others that were used to cross under our driveway. This extra pipe provides an existing means if, at some later date, the homeowner wishes to add an additional electrical line below the driveway, e.g., Landscape Accent Lighting.

Needless to say, we were and are very fortunate to have selected Ted Connor Landscaping for our home landscaping and irrigation needs. Without reservation, we would recommend his company to help you with your own needs.

If you are looking for a professional tree trimming service, Ted Conner Landscaping is the best! I have a large oak tree that I get trimmed yearly, and Mike and his crew do such a beautiful job, that I would never hire anyone else. I've also had them do some creative landscaping for me in my backyard many years ago, and I'm still reaping the benefits of their artistry! They are reasonably priced, and easy to communicate with. I recommend them without reservation!
