First time I have used this service but I was very pleased with the results. Jennifer and Ray were wonderful. They took their time in order to make sure everything was spic and span. They concentrated on all of my requested needs. I used them for a deep cleaning to prepare unit to show for rent. I will definitely consider them for a monthly service for my own home. They did not disappoint!

I called Open Arms cleaning, Linda, the owner was lovely to talk to, she listened to what I needed cleaned, gave me a set fee and promptly set up a date and time for two girls to clean. The girls were on time and brought their own cleaning supplies. I thought I asked for a regular clean, our lanai was filthy from the summer and tracking dirt into the condo. These awesome girls did a deep clean for over three hours! They didn’t miss a nook or cranny. Everything was spotless, dusted, vac’ed, scrubbed clean, sinks, showers, floors etc. they were incredible workers. I arrived with a broken ankle and was desperate for help because my husband is doing so much. We are so impressed, and so appreciative, he is very relieved to have a clean lanai and condo. I would recommend this company to anyone who is in need of a wonderful cleaning service. We would give you over 5 stars if we could! Thank you so much!

I have used this cleaning service in the past and I have always had a very positive experience. However, this time around they truly went over and beyond! I don’t usually give 5 stars but they absolutely deserve it. I had a tenant (hoarder) who abandoned the unit and they not only cleaned the apartment, but made it livable again. The attention to detail is what really makes them stand out. The stove, windows, ceiling fans, not to mention the bathroom … impeccable. They were also very accommodating when it came to scheduling since I had to cancel and reschedule several times because I was still trying to empty out the apartment. I would definitely recommend them and look forward to using them again in the future!

Ms Linda is punctual and does a superb job. Very professional, listens to my concerns when it came to cleaning/dusting/disinfection and has excellent attention to details. Open Arms Cleaning is a great company to use. They are very professional and timely. They communicate very well. The staff and owner is exceptional and willing to provide great services. They handle difficult situations regarding extremely unkept apartments/homes. I am currently receiving services on a monthly basis for both of my homes.
