I have been using this company for years! They go beyond what they are asked to do every time. The refrigerator will be organized without asking. The children’s linen closet gets organized. They also add nice little touches like roses on the toilet paper and Kleenex boxes. Faby and her team are very good. I’m super impressed with Crystal Pro Cleaning they came recommended from a neighborhood app and were able to accommodate me with a same day service. The crew was on time to the appointment and gave the apartment a very good cleaning. I have two cats so cat hair is an issue, I expressed this to them and they took care of it. They are professional and went above and beyond they didn’t rush through the apartment which I appreciated. I also love how easy it was to communicate exactly what I was looking for from them. Cannot wait for next months service. Nothing better than coming home to a clean house.

We are so happy with Faby and her team at Crystal Pro! They have gone above and beyond to make sure our brand new home was spotless for us to move in. Their cleaning window was estimated to be 9am-2pm, and they came early and stayed until past 5 pm, making sure everything was cleaned properly! I’ve had many companies that left early, never had a company that stayed hours afterwards to do the job right. That’s how Faby’s team is. We are booking them for regular cleanings. So happy with their attention to detail and diligence.

This company provided probably the fastest and best cleaning of our house that we've had since buying it three years ago. We have three dogs in 2600 sq ft and although we try to keep up with it we are far from perfect. We also only have cleaners 2-3 times a year - all of which is to say, it's a decent task. Our cleaners did an EXTREMELY thorough and efficient job, including things likes the oven that other companies charge extra for. Strongly recommend this service!
