Open Arms Cleaning is highly recommended! Linda, the owner, agreed to come deep clean for me on short notice so that my home would look nice for the holiday. She brought her employee, Thanya, with her. They cleaned quickly and thoroughly and both have pleasant personalities.

I've been working with Open Arms Cleaning for my Airbnb and they do a great job. I just used them today to clean my personal living space and still amazing! They communicate with you every step of the way and are very thorough. I highly recommend!

I was highly disappointed with the cleaning service we received. The cleaning was inconsistent at best. Sometimes they'd dust, other times they wouldn't; the same went for mopping the floors. Having cameras in our home, we were able to see that they didn’t mop properly — instead of thoroughly cleaning, they simply spot mopped in certain areas.

We also made clear requests, such as starting in specific rooms to avoid disturbing conference calls, but these requests were ignored. We even asked them not to wear shoes in the house to protect our white carpet, but that request was also disregarded. The final straw was when we were charged extra for oven cleaning and found muddy shoe prints all over our tile floors. I would not recommend this service based on our experience.

Linda and assistant performed a fantastic job at the residence they cleaned. I would recommend her highly. As a matter of fact, I want to hire her for my residence! Very thorough and professional!
