Amazing customer service! Dumpster was clean, on time and the communication was perfect.

We were in a time crunch to get work on our house done and the contractor thought we would loose time waiting on a dumpster, because of his "experience with other companies". This was not the case with Coastal. The dumpster arrived before our scheduled time and was actually waiting on us.

Highly recommended!

This company is a joke. This is 3 weeks in a row they miss a pick up day. City of Coral Springs just started using their service. The worst trash company I have ever dealt with! Coral Springs really needs to consider who they just gave the contract to... Nothing but bad reviews on this company. I thought Coral Springs was better than this. Hopefully this company will go bankrupt and loose everything because they deserve it!

Not a good company. Their billing is awful. We paid our invoices in full, 0$ balance showing on our account, then they send us a bill from the previous year saying we never paid it and have a balance due. Their online system is awful. So is the service. They are a very corporate greedy company.

Terrible company. coral sorings hired maybe the worst option available. They set limits for bulk pickup that is ridiculous and actually measure it. Then try to get you to pay extra. Never in thirty years living in cs did i ever have such problem and extorted to pick garbage up. Do not let your city hire them if you can help it/

It is a pleasure to take out the trash! Our trash and recycling drivers even will wait if the see us struggling to get everything out! The are courteous and very considerate! I highly recommend this company, City officials in Broward County! So glad our City Officials went with Coastal!

On 12/28 while driving on 95 South exit 67B we were behind this companies vehicle and the break came flying and hit our windshield. The container was not covered by the tarp. I immediately called and reported the issue. I spoke to a lady called Alma and emailed her the pictures. I followed up on Friday and she told me she filed an incident report. I have called every day since I finally get a call back today from Frank Garrett, who is their Risk Manager. He said they could not cover the damage, When I asked if it is her policy that vehicles she had the tarp on when driving on the highway, he said he could not discuss their policies.

The Customer Rep, Wilda was knowledgeable, courteous, and had the solution to our problem, quickly. It was a nice change to have a great customer service experience in this automated world!

I spoke with Wilda Several times and she is Extremely helpful and pleasant she goes out of her way to help and never makes you feel like a pain. Every time I have to call I hope it’s Wilda Who I speak to. There should be more people in this world like her.

I encountered Coastal Waste truck P7839H on the road today around 4:30 pmand the driver was operating extremely recklessly. The truck was swerving, speeding, and nearly caused a collision with my vehicle. This kind of driving is dangerous and unacceptable for a commercial vehicle. hope Coastal Waste addresses this issue and ensures their drivers operate safely and professionally.

Every once in a while, there might be a slip-up. I’m in Coral Springs where Coastal has a residential pickup contract. Upon calling that our recycle container was not emptied this past Thursday, a call to the company got the problem resolved IN LESS THAN AN HOUR! That’s great service.

I have to say our experience with Coastal waste has been good. They forgot to pickup our trash on Sat. Called them Monday morning and was advised , by a representative very help and polite, they will opened up and ticket to see what happened.

A few hours later the same day, they came by to pick up our communities trash.

I had a great experience with Coastal Waste & Recycling, Inc. I called to replace my trash bin and spoke with Jackie, who was absolutely exceptional. Her customer service was top-tier, she was attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through the process clearly. She also provided helpful information about bulk pickup, which I really appreciated.
On a personal note, her voice reminded me so much of a close friend of mine who is also named Jackie, which made the experience even more pleasant. She made everything quick, easy, and stress-free. It’s rare to receive this level of professionalism and care. Highly recommend this company, especially if you get the chance to work with Jackie!

As a company in the construction industry, reliable dumpster service is hard to find. We needed a dumpster dropped off in the morning and picked up the same day a few hours later for a difficult project, and nobody could make it happen until we spoke with Kevin Delgado.
