I had a terrible experience with this junk removal company. I hired them to remove a boat from my property, and not only did they fail to remove the boat, but they also destroyed my yard in the process. They arrived with little to no preparation, and instead of carefully removing the boat, they drove their equipment over my lawn, leaving deep ruts and significant damage.

After hours of struggling, they ended up leaving the boat behind, completely abandoning the job. I’m left with a wrecked yard, a boat still sitting there, and no accountability from the company. Communication was non-existent, and they were incredibly unprofessional throughout the entire process. I would never recommend this company to anyone, and I’m now dealing with the mess they’ve left behind. Avoid at all costs!

Terrible service. Although I accurately described the furniture when requesting an estimate, they increased the price at the time of pick up by $150. The individual who came to pick up the furniture was careless and damaged my home - he scuffed my floor and scratched my door frame. He was also rude.

I found Junk Shot after getting an extremely high quote from another company. I called them the same afternoon and they asked for photos of the junk. Within a few hours I had a full proposal that was hundreds of dollars more affordable than the competitor.

I scheduled for them to come out the following Friday. They arrived right on time. They were ready to work from the moment they entered the building.

Easy to set up the appointment online. They followed up with a phone call to confirm my address, email, and phone number then sent an email to confirm my appointment.

After setting the appointment I realized that I had a conflict so I called them and they were able to reschedule to TODAY.

The guys came took pictures and gave me a great quote to remove my garage clutter! Professional, courteous, and friendly. They were in and out in 15 minutes! I made a pile before they came to make it easier for them.

The owner Rod called me and was able to schedule the removal in a few hours the very same day. The haulers are professional, hard working, and polite. The background looks great. I can’t share enough appreciation for how much this company and their staff have come through for me. This is my second time using their services for the same thing, to clear out my storage unit. Randy was most respectful of my time, he arrived early on both appointments and was eager to help me get this done real fast. I appreciate him being available early, not even on time but early and always proactively reaching out to me so I know we’re on the same page. Compared to other companies that I’ve gotten quotes from, Junk Shot was the absolute best value. It felt more like working with my own people to get a monumental task down to a pain free experience.
