I recently contacted Bright Cleaning Service to do a move out cleaning for me. They responded right away and worked with my schedule as I was moving within a week. I was completely pleased with the whole process. They did an amazing job, the house looks spotless. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a thorough and reliable cleaning service. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

This company is pathetic. they showed app on time and walked into my apartment, walked around for about 5 minutes. And then walked out. they do not speak English. They do not understand what my situation is. And when I spoke to the manager and the boss to make my appointment, everything was clear and perfectly fine. This company is absolutely awful. I would not hire the two people that they sent me if my life dependent on it.

Best cleaning crew ever! I had Giovani & Paola, they are the BEST! I was a little hesitant because it was my first time using them but I'm HAPPY I tried it. I will definitely use them and refer everyone I know that's looking for an honest and reasonable company. Paola is a bundle of joy, very bubbly personality and Giovani is so pleasant and respectful. Five stars! The team did an amazing job cleaning my dad’s house. They were thorough, kind, and really put care into their work. The whole place looked refreshed and so much better afterward. We’re truly grateful and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a reliable and thoughtful cleaning service.

I had a deep cleaning done, and was very satisfied. Very nice workers, and they very good at what they do. I will schedule regular cleaning every 3 weeks.

They did a great job with both my move in and move out cleaning! They’re also extremely punctual and great with communication. We plan on using them for monthly cleanings moving forward.

If I could give 10 stars I would I was stunned I did not expect the level of deep cleaning I got. They took their time they were very thorough. I can not complain they went the extra mile I had brought some new place settings for my table and brought new bathroom rugs and they set those up I didn’t even ask. They deep cleaned my patio and laundry area. I’ve found my cleaners I absolutely loved them 10 outta definitely recommend!

By far the worst cleaning service I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for a deep clean, look elsewhere. They show up with a duster and a mop that’s it, the employees said a move in clean is different from a move out clean and that they do not clean backsplashes, dishwashers, etc. didn’t move anything around to clean the counters crumbs and dirty all behind the toaster. Dust still on ceiling fans, dirt on the floors, truly couldn’t tell anyone cleaned. Also good luck getting a refund for poor service. 100% a scam

Literally never on time. And not by a small amount, like 10 or 15 minutes. The team is late by 30/60/90 minutes. We’ve even had to just cancel or reschedule because they are so late. And I usually have to ask where they are. No courtesy heads up that they are late. I’ve given them many chances, but we are done with this cleaning service.

I used Bright Star Cleaning service for the first time yesterday!! Excellent service from punctuality professionalism. They catered to me and my family needs and did a fantastic job. While my son was asleep they worked around his room cleaned other parts of the house and took his sleeping into consideration. I am in a wheelchair this company is ADA compliant which is a plus they cleaned my space first so I was able to get back into my chair asap and did an amazing job in my room . My bathroom with my disability assistance devices they handled with care and worked around with no complaints. Vibe team that was sent ere very polite professional. Will have them every 2 weeks!!! They truly strive for FIVE STAR SERVICE. Job well done!!

Initially the 2 girls that came to do a deep clean for a 2 bed/2 bath townhome that was a turn on a rental, although very cheerful & pleasant, did not meet my expectations for a deep clean. I contacted John, our initial contact, expressed my concerns & sent photos. John came back with a different girl & personally made it right. John acknowledged that it did not meet his high standards either, apologized & made everything right.
I was very impressed how John handled what could have been a disastrous situation, professionally, cordially & above all corrected the situation.
I will be using John again if the future.
