I honestly couldn’t be happier with this cleaning company! I’ve always had a hard time trusting housekeepers, but I decided to give them a chance and I’m so glad I did. They were so friendly and communicative the whole time, and they really paid attention to the little details that made such a big difference.

Not only is my apartment spotless, but they also took the time to organize everything so thoughtfully. You can tell they actually care about the work they do. I feel like my home has been completely refreshed, and it just feels amazing walking into such a clean and organized space.

Highly recommend them to anyone who wants a trustworthy, detail-oriented, and caring team. I’ll definitely be booking with them again!

Although a few minutes late (aren’t they all!), the wait was certainly worth it. Two members of the “team” arrived with all the supplies needed to clean my studio apartment. They began cleaning immediately while I headed to McDonald’s for lunch. When I returned, my studio was spotless. My refrigerator and microwave were spotless and my bathroom was “squeaky” clean. I was amazed that the job only took an hour and a half. Although there was a very slight language problem, they still knew what I wanted and did even more. I would highly recommend this service.Their dispatcher always updated me in a professional manner and was always on top of things.

I was in need of a good, reliable cleaning service on short notice.
I research those located in the Pompano Beach area. I spoke with several services by telephone, and Bright Cleaning Services was the most responsive and easy to make arrangements with. They provided me with a quote in advance for deep cleaning and it was as good or better than the others. I selected them, made the arrangements and they came 2 days later, on time and with two workers who were very cordial, professional and presentable. They came fully equipped with cleaning equipment, tools and all necessary materials. They completely cleaned the unit in only several hours and would not leave until I inspected and was fully satisfied with all of their work. They charged the amount they had agreed upon up front and I could not have been happier with the quality and efficiency of their work, their attitude and their integrity. I left a voice message Sunday, then spoke to someone Monday evening. He was supposed to relay my request for services to the manager. Unfortunately, there was no follow-up Tuesday morning, despite sending two text messages. In the end, I booked another cleaning service.
