Shawn showed up on time in his truck with all supplies and stayed until the job was done. He identified broken sprinklers, replace faulty plumbing and sprinkler endings, dug trenches and installed new pipe to areas where grass was dry. Reasonably priced. Highly skilled and highly recommended.

All American recently did a well for us. They were on time, professional and worked so hard! Another company failed to get the job done, and All American came in and saved the day! I highly recommend them for all services. We also hired them to do our sprinkler install.

All American Sprinklers is the best! The pricing and work was great, and my lawn is back to full health thanks to them. The technician Sean was great, he was so friendly and helpful in every way. The woman in the office was also great. 10/10 would recommend!!

Sadly I was referred to this company by someone and we have had many issues. They were quick to come put in the sprinkler system, re-sod entire peoperty and bushes, paid them immediately! but have been unresponsive with the problems. They hooked our night lighting into the pool filter circuit, trips the GFI outlet regularly, then cut the grass once in a month and cut the lines when they mowed to the lights, sprinklers spray the house, dead spots on lawn (not their fault but told them I would pay) sprinklers spray the sidewalk and front porch and after 2 weeks of asking them to fix the lights and now after 3-1/2 weeks trying to get the lawn cut told me they can make more money elsewhere. I after a rude message from the lead service guy David when I told him my Patience was running out was told to find someone else to get service called the office and was told the owner would call. After yet another call to the office never got a call back from the owner. Don't walk away, RUN! I hate to leave bad reviews but I wish I had this one to read before I spent what I did with them.

All American was outstanding! Sean worked tirelessly to reroute my irrigation system for my driveway expansion project. The billing was fair and honest. The communication was great. Company is reliable and responsive. Truly impressed with how they operate. Joanne answers the phone and was great. This is how a business is supposed to function. Refreshing to have a company such as this to do business with.

This is my first time using all American sprinklers. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family and would use them again. My tech was David. He did a great job very professional. he ran a couple of new lines for me, added some new heads and checked all the other zones.

All American Sprinkler’s replaced our pump and did our irrigation install. They were so nice to work with. Showed up on time, which is rare with these companies, they were professional and they knocked a huge job out in 2 days.

Great job fixing my sprinkler system and installing sod and pavers. They showed up when they said they would and got the job done quickly at a good price. Highly recommended for any landscaping needs.

Horrible experience. The worker left pipes exposed instead of burying them properly and didn’t dig a deep enough trench. He repeatedly left, claiming the job was done, but the sprinklers didn’t work. I called multiple times, and he even left rocks blocking a pipe. Joanna from the office was responsive, but she kept sending the same worker despite my request for someone else. Would not call them again.
P.S. I had to hire another company a couple months later to fix the mess.

All American repaired the irrigation system in the common areas and private back yards in my townhouse community. This was a very complex project which involved running new pvc pipes, wires and installing new timers. Dave and his team did a great job. After lots of digging and disruption tour our landscaping, I could not tell they were even here. All soulless, mulch, plantings and artificial turf was restored to its original state. We have 6 working zones now! Dave and Joanne were very responsive and communicated clearly during this multi day project. I highly recommend All American. Our HOA is very pleased with their work.

First off, I never leave reviews. But the service I received made my want to hop on this thing and make sure other people know how well this company performed.

The Problem:
I purchased a home, and inherited a sprinkler system with many unknown issues and it would not work properly. I initially hired our landscaping company to repair our irrigation system, since they claimed that it's something they did.

After a few hundred dollars in new parts (new pump, timing box, control valve and repaired well pipe) I decided to call some professionals.

Solution:
I called this company after they came up in Google search, and immediately I could tell they do this for a living. Joanna took my call, found out my issue in detail, and she sets up meeting with the technician (they came out within 24 hours).

David came out, took a quick look and said - I know exactly how to do fix this. After 3 weeks of back and forth, having different irrigation techs trying to run another check up on me, upselling me on parts I know I didn't need; with and no concrete results, it was a pleasure to speak to someone who wasn't guessing.

David is easy going, not pushy, very knowledgeable and prompt. He showed up when he said he would (earlier), got our system up and running. He showed me that our other tech forgot to put a filter in the check valve, which destroyed our new pump, because rocks were being brought in through the line and into the pump. No one else even thought of this, I kept getting "...we have to dig by well to trouble shoot, and work our way back until we find something. You might need a new this, or maybe a new that..." They saved me money, gave me tips on how to up keep my system, and respected my time by doing what they said they would. CONCRETE. RESULTS.

They have multiple technicians out each day. So you're not waisting your life away on waiting on your irrigation system. And their online payment check out was prompt and professional. Would refer them to others (if you can't tell by this lengthy review) and if someone from the company reads this-- I would say David needs a pay raise. (Maybe he just got one, I don't know, but he's knowledgeable, efficient and hard working.)

Attached is a pic of the new (working) pump they installed. And they replaced our other inferior check valve that was flap based, which let in stones and rocks into our system. Everything in blue (including adhesive) is what they did.

Our well collapsed 3 months ago and we needed a new well drilled. We hired All American Sprinklers to do the job. They subbed the job out and we have had nothing but grief since. The water that came out of the well was a bright thick orange. We were told we needed to give the well time to settle. We were changing water filters every other day at $5 a filter. We patiently put up with this for 2 months. We reached out to All American Sprinklers to complain and they offered to redrill another well or refund us the cost of the well. We chose the later. I researched the permitting for the well and we found in the county records that they drilled an irrigation well, not a domestic well for our house. The water quality standards are quite more stringent for the domestic well. There was no way our new system could cope with sludge and iron coming out of the well.
We hired a new reputable well driller,
they tested the water coming out of the well and discovered the iron content was 13 ppm! Safe levels are less than 5.
They had 42 wells scheduled ahead of us but came out the next day to drill us a new well. They were very concerned for our health and welfare. They informed us that the iron levels being that high, there was big concern for water contamination from farm chemicals, etc.
When I reported this to the St. Lucie County Health Department, they said they have never seen such high levels of iron. The levels we were getting were toxic and dangerous to my family especially my 3 young granddaughters.
The new well was dug 15 feet away and 30 feet deeper by another company and we now have clear, safe, drinkable water with iron levels at 1.3 ppm coming out of the new well. The old well was capped.

I again reached out to All American Sprinklers asking for reimbursement for their unsafe well. I was told a check was mailed to us April 26. Two weeks later, I called again and was told they would stop payment and Zelle us the money. We have received nothing, and they now won't answer our calls or respond to our emails.

Mistakes are made, we all make them, but we need to take responsibility for them. Our toilets and bathtubs are stained beyond repair, we have spent hundreds of dollars in filters, and our family's health was put in jeopardy.

We spent $3,000 with All American Sprinklers for a well which we had to replace 2 months later. All we are asking for is the $3,000 we gave them for a well. We are not even asking for compensation or reimbursement for the filters, and the stained toilets and bathtubs.

A huge thank you to All American Sprinklers for their outstanding service! We have been using them for our hotel, Horizon by the Sea, and they have been nothing short of amazing. Johana is incredibly responsive and always ensures that our sprinkler needs are addressed quickly. She makes scheduling service effortless, and their team is always prompt and professional.

My husband and I searched a while for a company we could trust. We can’t afford to throw money away on something that in the end, won’t be worth the cost. After extensive searching and multiple quotes from different companies, we landed on All American Sprinklers. We wanted a local company, with of course good reviews, and we read them all. Our decision to hire this company did not disappoint us, whatsoever. David and his team were a gem; they worked with us and were very attentive to what we wanted. I tell my husband that it feels like Disney world when I walk into our backyard now. We live in the most beautiful place and it really is worth it to invest in your outdoor space. If you are searching and you have found this review, this is your sign. For details, they sodded our whole property, made level paths through our yard (to make it very functional), improved the existing sprinkler system and made a fire pit pad and garbage can pad. They also took out a massive Virginia pine tree stump. They always answered our concerns with appropriate and timely responses. Thank you so much, you made one of my dreams come true.

hired them to replace several sprinklers. we did NOT walk the property after due to the rain. After several attempts to return, they have been dodging me for 1month. the secretary was extremely rude when i went over her head to get an appt for unfinished work and 3 heads that dont even pop up!She wrote me a text saying they will charge me to return for the work they NEVER COMPLETED!! UNPROESSIONAL!! AND RUDE!!! GO TO A DIFFERENT COMPANY!
