David and his crew did an incredible job doing our backyard. The artificial grass came out great. I would recommend them to anyone in the south Florida market!

Steven was very thorough And was impressed by the great job he does inside and outside of our home. He’s punctual and always gives us a heads-up prior to his arrival. Couldn’t be more happier with his level of professionalism.

I was having issues with roof rats in my attic. I live in Parkland and being all the way out west, I was told that the only way to stop the rats from coming in, is to have the attic sealed. I didn’t want to spend the money, but after falling from the attic and shattering my ankle, by trying to do it myself. I found critter control who was in my neighborhood in Heron Bay.

I was truly impressed by the prompt response of Critter Control. The salesman Steve was very knowledgeable and reassured me that they will get the job done. The technician Jimmy was very helpful, and he was here 3 times a week, and gave me a lot of information about rodents and other pests. Finally the permanent closure of all the openings was completed and crew chief Jose was excellent. Jose called the day before and let me know what time he will be here and was on time. Jose explained everything that his crew was going to do. After the job was completed, Jose showed me before and after pictures as well as video.

I believe you get what you pay for, and Critter Control has been excellent in everything they have done for me. All the staff has been very receptive and very professional. If you have any issues with rodents, call Critter Control, they are the professionals.

What a wonderful company. They made a horrible experience a GREAT experience when the raccoon was finally caught. Matt P the tech that came to the house every other day was extremely professional and compassionate. Every time he went to check on the house (findings), he would immediately call me and give me the details of what he encountered and never rushed me off the phone Even when I had to call him back to ask questions, he answered the phone without hesitation. Thank you Critter Control of Ft Lauderdale for having such an excellent employee (Matt P) that got the job done. You definitely made my elderly father feel safe again.

At first, I gave this company a not so great review. However, a district manager, and a supervisor came out on Monday. Listened to me, resolved all of my issues in a satisfactory way, very courteous and understanding. I do believe they are company you can do business with because the supervisors will ensure the quality of the job. I am completely satisfied with this company, and feel at ease now.

Mel from Critter Control was phenomenal, she addressed every question and concern with knowledge, and patients. Having a raccoon in your attic is serious business. Mel is a true professional and would highly recommend her for a thorough eviction service.

Jay is an excellent representative for Critter Control. He is punctuall, polite and knowledgeable regarding the work he does. We were very pleased with the service we received.

My experience with Andre and Jesse has been nothing but professional. I had a bat problem under my roof tiles. Critter Control explained the removal process very well and got the job done. I saw the bats coming back “home” the morning after the removal process began but they had nowhere to re enter and it seems they left my property for good. I haven’t seen them in over a week so far.

These folks were so responsive and we’ve had a great experience thus far. The morning I called, I was given an appointment for that same day and I had to coordinate this from out of state- I’m in Georgia and my parents home is in Miami Gardens, FL. They worked closely with my son and family and were able to help us. Very appreciative of the communication with Britton and his team. Would highly recommend them to anyone having critter issues

I had a pleasure to meet Steven, who was assigned to my house to check and remove traps. He was communicating with me prior to his arrival time. He was promp, professional, informative, and friendly. I have a sense that he enjoys his job because he is helping people with problems that are difficult for them to deal with.

An expensive service but they get the job done. We had a severe raccoon problem where they were in our backyard and pool and Steven was amazing and caught 4 in a week. I saw another one months later and texted Steven and he came right out. Quick and efficient service

Critter Control immediately helped us when we contacted them about rats on our property. Their customer service rep was very nice; she scheduled the inspection for the following morning. Our inspector, Britton, was direct and provided a straightforward explanation of the problem and our solution options. Mel came out the very next morning and was a total pro at remediation. She walked us through everything she was doing and offered a wealth of knowledge and tips. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been professional and helpful. The best part is that our problem is resolved!

Super service. I had a wildlife issue and Critter Control came and, very professionally, is taken care pf the problem. The process takes a few days but today, the technician came and assessed the problem, checked the attic, did everything he had to do and will come back on Monday to seal the attic guaranteeing me the attic is pest-free. Money well spent and the technician is A1. Thanks for helping me with a critter problem.

The company came and did an evaluation. After we signed as a customer, Steven started placing the traps and was very communicative and reliable. The traps worked. This company knows exactly what they are doing and delivers on their promise. I strongly recommend them.

When we found out that we had a raccoon living under our deck we called Critter Control. They immediately sent Caitlin to assess our situation. Caitlin was knowledgeable and very clear as what our options and next steps should be. Jay and his team came the following day and worked with us for over a week to solve our problem effectively and humanely. He was extremely knowledgeable, very professional, communicative and diligent. During the course of the week they found that the raccoon had babies and was able to relocate the family to an environment better suited to wildlife.

Puntual, well mannered, courteous, knowledgeable person. The only one that checked complete attic found another dead rat left behind by the man before, explained process and information about animals behavior very professional this young man. As a retired business man from what I experienced is a valuable employee.
