I am grateful to Andell who shared with me the process, his ETA, and for his experience, knowledge and overall professionalism, friendliness , and courteousness, also, for capturing the mama and completing the job satisfactorily, and with excellent expertise and experience
. In addition, David was another technician who provided excellent service. A satisfied customer .

Bill is an exceptional service manager who is knowledgeable, professional, easy to talk with and detail oriented. Bill explained how "Critter Control" would work to humanly catch a nuisance racoon roaming the neighborhood. Thank you Bill!

Critter Control is staying with my rodent issue and is intent on helping me deal with some fairly smart and tenacious animals. Service technician Mr Coney is friendly and hard-working and certainly willing to get his hands dirty to ferret out the problem.

The service we received was exceptional, from the exterior sealing to follow up after service.... the best.
Wildlife person who worked sealing our location was knowledgeable and thorough... not to mention very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Our 1st experience so far & in my opinion due to the technician tardiness has been horrible. The lateness & delay without a courtesy call is unprofessional & unacceptable customer service! I hope to get some resolve today after making 3 calls to complain for our 8-10am window not being honored! The service technician named Britton, who was suppose to call 30 min. prior to showing up & show up for the job has not come through yet & it's 12:09 pm! There is NO excuse, everyone has cell phone access to simply make a call! I would NOT recommend this company!

Lucas is my service representative that services the rodent bait traps. I love this gentleman's service because he texts me when he is scheduled to come by the house, then texts me when he 20-25 minutes away and then again at arrival so I can go over the bait stations with him. Lucas answers any questions I may have. He is polite and professional. A great asset for Critter Control and service representative to his customers, He knows Custer service and delivers exceptionally. Thank you Lucas and Kudos!

After noticing my raised garden beds and yard were torn up I found Critter Control online. I called and they scheduled Caitlyn to come out the following day. Caitlyn was very friendly and able to spot the culprit’s paw prints on my fire pit cover. She gave us our options and we decided to try trapping whatever it was. She set up for Andell to come out the next day to set up the two traps in the back yard.

Andell was also very friendly and helpful. He texts when he is on his way and makes sure to let me know when he has arrived. So far it is day 3 and there have been 2 raccoons and an opossum that he has been able to take from my yard.

I would highly recommend Critter Control to anybody who needs their yard animal free.

Bill the manager worked hard to get a tech. Adell came today did a good job. They were both good. Other than that the company is a disaster. When they came out the first time the techs did a horrible job leaving open spaces galore.i called Critter to come out and they never came out. Bill the manager finally got my case and it took him a week and a half to get someone out here. Finally he got Adell who came out and did a good job. I hired Eric critter regulator the day before because no one was coming out.and he did a good job. When Bill called me to say he had a tech for Friday I told Eric to leave the rest for Adell. I was charged by critter control $1500 up front for work that was a disaster. I want a refund and I will not stop fighting this scam they put on me. If it wasn't for Northwest exterminator who Stephen set traps removed dead ones set traps again I would have to move out of my home. Critter never set one trap, never came out and never honored the $1500 I paid them. Bill, Adell, Stephen Northwest & Eric critter regulators help me from going to the hospital because the stress was making me very ill.

It’s rare that I leave a low rating. I’m usually the first to rave when great service is delivered. Unfortunately, this was not one of those experiences. If it weren’t for the kind technicians who did their best to help us, I would’ve given the company one star.

We hired the service due to a raccoon problem. They were getting in through our side gate. The salesperson advised that a monthly service was required — no problem — and then quoted us $700 for one week of service, plus $79 for gel. We agreed and signed on a Thursday. The first appointment to set traps was a no-show, and the salesperson was suddenly unavailable. The technicians didn’t arrive until Monday.

Once service began, I learned it only covered five weekdays, not a full week as implied. Still, we cooperated. The technician came daily, and we caught one raccoon. The warranty week went smoothly. However, the gel never worked — we continued to have raccoon activity every single night for the next seven weeks. The office promised a call to discuss reapplication, but no one ever followed up.

Now, as I try to cancel, I’m told the cancellation policy “varies by case” and must be approved by management.

Recommendation: Call the office directly and confirm every detail before signing. We were hopeful this company would solve our problem, but instead, it’s created an even bigger one. We were going to transfer our pest control over to them but glad we waited.

One of the best kept secrets! Friendly staff and unusual plants that you can’t find at big box stores. I think the prices are very fair and sometimes you can get really good deals on plants in the smaller sizes.

Nathan was provided great customer service! He is very knowledgeable on plants/trees and explained things very well. He was patient as I am very indecisive and showed me many options. He helped me put all the trees into my car too.

A wide variety of milkweeds, and other butterfly host plants and shrubs that the other nurseries have never even heard of!

I was on the hunt for a Sweet Almond bush and found it here in beautiful abundance at a very affordable price in a 3 gallon pot. My car smelled delicious while transporting it home. I can't go back yet, I want one of everything! PS. The girl who took me around was very friendly and knowledgeable about my plant.

Went to Nu Turf for a backyard landscaping project. I happen to ask one of their employees, Linda, if she could help me.

She was the most knowledgeable, friendly and helpful person that I’ve ever met at one of these nursery’s. She walked me around and gave me the pros & cons of each plant.

She was such a joy to work with. I ended up buying 2 trees and a bunch of shrubs. I’ll be going back for more because I liked the ideas she gave me.

This little place is a treasure. It has everything you need for your yard or garden. I went to buy grass to lay in my backyard. It was only $1.75 per piece. Just to let you know, it was two dollars cheaper than Home Depot, smh. Anyway, I was extremely excited and very impressed 👏🏽

Went there on a Monday morning. And got poor quality sod from a pallet that should have been thrown away, compared to the grass that they wouldn't sell me in a new pallet. The grass I got from home Depot is better than the sod they sold me.

I am new to gardening and the person came up to me to ask if I needed help and boy did I. He took the time to find out what my intention was and what knowledge I had, then he stayed with me, taught me about what I needed to know to get started. He helped me find plants and trees to choose from and how many to start out with so I could be successful. I really enjoyed learning and finding the right choices to start with. This place is a goldmine for anyone wanting to start gardening or looking for specific plants. They not only have an extremely large selection but they also take the time to get you exactly what you want. If they don’t have it, they will find it for you. Now that’s great service. I don’t need to look anywhere else because this place is the best of the best. Being new to gardening I’ve been to almost every nursery in Broward County and they showed me the absolute best service of all Thank you, I couldn’t ask for better.

Can you please teach your personnel in the cashiers area the good manner of customer service. There is a helper that has an unpleasant attitude. We asked the cashier and she just butted in with her baddddd manners that seems we are not going to pay for the clamp we asked. The cashier also with eye glasses and curly hair seems unpleasant, until I demonstrated to her the clamp we want. You must hired personnel with right attitude and know customer service. Listen first to what your customer needs before you react. I am totally pissed.

Linda is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to help me select the perfect flowers for my flowerbeds. In addition she ask pertinent questions to give her a better understanding of what I was trying to create. She was kind, pleasant and eager to help me. The owners of Nu-Turf should consider her a valuable employee because she made my shopping for plants fun.
