The entire experience from setting up the appointment to finishing the job was pleasant. Rick was very professional, on-time and right on with his assessment of the issue. I don’t usually right reviews, but I was quite impressed with their customer service and quality of work provided. I will use them again for any plumbing/ac need in the future.

Our AC died on a Saturday. Gave Dr Fin a call and they came out two hours later and got our system going by Noon. The tech explained what the issue was. Friendly, professional… highly recommend.

We had a new kitchen counter and sink installed. I called Rick and he was at my house the next day to reconnect everything under my sink. He was so knowledgeable and connected everything in record time. He definitely knows the plumbing business. Thank you Rick for getting my kitchen back for use. I’m so glad I found a reputable and reliable plumber who takes pride in his work. I recently had Rick over to assess my A/C required to write me a three-year maintenance contract. He certainly knows air conditioners. I signed a contract knowing the service will be done properly and in accordance with the agreement. This company is truly a blessing.

I went through the messenger and Dr Fin sent a very nice and on time plummer Rick. He looked at the line and augered the pipe and then came in the kitchen and triple checked the flow.
When Dr Fin came in this time I figured that they would give me a ridiculous quote but they gave me a very fair quote that was not crazy and they finished it up.
I'm very impressed with the communication the price and the timely manner that the job was done. I will recommend that you give them a call I will definitely use them again.

After several phone calls early Saturday morning to various companies, this company answered my call and assisted with trouble shooting the issue. I was unable to fix the issue and the gentleman who I spoke with (very nice and helpful) assured me they would come out to fix it and they did. I was contacted by Zully Monday and I explained the issue and she worked diligently with me to get an appointment for today. The tech Rick was phenomenal!! He immediately identified the problem and fixed it. He checked other things and made recommendations which I will definitely have done with them....that was great! I highly recommended them if you have AC or plumbing issues!

Saturday night l called twelve 24 hour plumbers and no one called back except this company and sent someone within 35 minutes. On top of that they were honest, they told me it was not a plumbing issue but a washering machine issue. I hope l don't have any more leak issues but they will be the first person l call.

Service was excellent! I reached out about replacing my water heater and Dr. Fin promptly responded and provided a quote. They were able to send their technician Rick the next day. Rick answered all my questions and concerns, and he completed the job with no issues! Highly recommend Dr. Fin!

After calling 5 different companies that wanted between $125 and $195 just to come give a estimate Dr fin sent me the nicest technician named Rick free estimate and only charged me $124 to fix my unit. Man oh man did I luck out with this company honest reliable and fast appointment. YOU will definitely get referrals from me. Hard to find a honest company these days. Thanks for keeping me cool!!!!

We had a plumbing issue that turned out to be more than it seemed. Technician was eager to get the job completed and able to work with the other contractors availability.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Fin Plumbing and Rick. Rick came out earlier last week to assess the job to replace my water heater, took the time to answer all my questions, and provided a prompt and transparent estimate. The next day, he arrived on time and completed the installation efficiently and professionally, meeting all my requirements with high-quality workmanship. I also appreciated their tracking system, which sent a text when Rick was on his way and even allowed me to track his van in real time to my house. Excellent service from start to finish—highly recommended!

Rick did a great job on an emergency service - cleared the drain line and fixed the overflow switch on the drain pan.

My water heater sprang a leak and I called Dr Fin AC and Plumbing. This was the second time I used them. Rick and Kieth came out and installed a new one for us on a Friday evening. They were professional and very helpful in getting the new one picked up and installed. As I said this was the second time I’ve used Dr Fin and Rick. He is so kind and such a pleasure to deal with. He and Kieth worked tirelessly to make sure the job was completed correctly and we were 100% satisfied upon completion. I give Dr Fin 5 stars for their great customer service and great pricing. My only regret is that I didn’t find them earlier, I will never use another company! Thank you Rick, Kieth and Dr Fin.
