I thought that since it was a Sunday it would be difficult for him to come, but to my surprise his assistance was almost immediate and his work was very professional. The explanation of the diagnosis was detailed and the solution to my problem was handled very effectively. I was referred to him by a friend and nos I can see why.

My restaurant has been dealing with HVAC issues for several months. The company we were using before would come out, charge us a bunch of money but never fixed the problems. Our building was always wet and dripping with condensation and was either hot as heck or the arctic inside. It was awful and our guest were really feeling the impact of the internal issues we were facing. Rick and the Dr. Fin AC company really came and saved the day, really the business for us. Rick got us a quote super fast, and was able to locate the units we needed faster than anyone had anticipated. Within no time they were installing the brand new 70k HVAC system into our facility. This company was on time with every meeting they scheduled, with every issue we faced, Rick and his team were right there one time. The team was also such a pleasure to work with, very personable and easy to talk to making it easy to understand the process and what we could expect during the installation and next few days to come as the system kicked up and started running. Rick has continued to stay in contact with us to make sure everything is going smooth and that we are having no issues. We are beyond grateful and will definitely continue to use Dr. Fin for any other HVAC issues we may need in the future. Thank you a TONNNN! I called this company because of their high ratings-what a joke! I recently had back surgery so I couldn’t replace my filer valve on my toilet, an easy fix. I made an appointment with Dr. Fin AC & Plumbing to replace it for me. I had all the parts so really it would have been easy for the gentleman who should up to fix the valve. Instead, an employee showed up at my home, didn’t even walk in the door, and said it would cost $300, laughable. He then continued to tell me that his truck cost $150,000 and he can’t do jobs for free. Nobody asked him to work for free. I sent him and his $150,000 truck on his way. I contacted an honest plumber, thr job was done for a fair $60….unless you want to pay off their trucks, don’t bother with Dr. Fin-theives

Rick and Todd are awesome!!!! I was having an extremely difficult emergency with an outdoor plumbing issue that resulted in my flooding my area of the neighborhood and the HOA not being as helpful as they could have been. However, Dr. Fin was a consummate professional, knowledgeable, well presented, empathetic and technically proficient in regards to my situation. I would highly recommend you call him for ALL your plumbing and A/C needs!! His first impression was outstanding!!!! 10 STARS!!!

They were able to respond and come the next day after scheduling. Their tech, Rick, checked and was able to pinpoint where the leak was coming from and find a resolution to the issue. He also provides us with a brief explanation of what causes the problem. I definitely recommend great and honest service.

I had a Dr. Finn Do the plumbing in my bathrooms when remodeling. They are very professional and accommodating and do everything the right way. Plumbers are not cheap so glad to see the quality they provide.

I definitely recommend. My AC broke down in the night and by noon the next day it was fixed. I needed it fixed immediately since I had a 2 week old newborn and a 1 year old at home while the forcast said it would be a high of 97 degrees. Louise was helpful and kind in connecting with me and updating me when I would expect service. And Rick was great in explaining and fixing the issue. All for a low reasonable price. You can trust them.

We have used Dr. Fin and Rick twice. Both were emergency plumbing issues and both required him to be here later into the evening. But he came out very quickly and didn’t think of leaving until the job was done. Provided very professional and high quality work. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
