I needed a last minute cooling option for an outdoor event I was having on one of the first hottest weekends of the year. Kevin at United rentals was able to help me with a power breezer and it was the best price I had been quoted after calling several places over 2 days. United rentals delivered the machine, showed me how to use it and picked it back up when we were done with it. It was very easy to work with them and I was very happy with the machine. It did exactly what I needed it to do. The machine itself worked great and was clean, not old looking or anything. Thank you Kevin and United rentals!

First off let me start by saying that I tried multiple other rental companies for ac units to take care of our company parties and none of them even come close to the value and most importantly the customer service you receive with these guys . I called another company earlier in the week and had everything setup for our yearly company party . Now mind you I set this up 2 weeks in advance and out of the blue they call me 24 hrs before the party to tell me they have no more units of that size left , but they could upgrade me to a larger unit for an ADDITIONAL charge!!!!! I then called United Rentals and talk to Kevin on the phone . Not only did he go above and beyond to help me out . He also gave me an incredible deal on a unit with only ONE DAY NOTICE. They showed up the next morning and set everything up for us . I have to say that these guys definitely gained a new loyal customer. I can't stress to you how great these guys are !!!! Again thank you KEVIN and team for all your help , and can't wait to do business with you again.

Top notch service and products. It's a rarity these days to find a company that actually exceeds your expectations. United Rentals is that exception. Daniel is knowledgable, efficient, punctual, and friendly. It was truly a pleasure to do business with him. From the initial phone call it was literally hours before we had a 12 ton temporary AC unit installed and running. Good old fashioned customer service that you can be proud to refer to anyone in need.

Absolutely Amazing!!! Hotel GM here and had a major HVAC issue on a Friday that would have affected a party of 220 people. I called and Daniel answered the phone. He said he knew the property and would get in his vehicle and drive over. He was here in 10 minutes and had everything I needed setup before close of business. The manager Drew was very helpful and came out to job site to assist his people and make sure it was done right. He even came back to assist with a minor issue.

Drew has to be the absolute WORST person to be left in charge. Very rude, not a people person, not straight forward, doesn’t get back for weeks, terrible. If Sunbelt wants to grow they need to replace him.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience from Michael and his team. They came to our rescue after our AC broke in the middle of the dead heat of the summer with a newborn baby. Great team Ryan, Tony and Sal came to install a mini split and run duct work for an addition to my warehouse I have use them a few times already very knowledgeable on the units. They are easy to reach, clean up after themselves and easy to work with in less than favorable conditions (location is an industrial cement plant). Would recommend and use them again.

On Sunday, February 1, I discovered my heat did not work. It was 56 degrees in my house.
On Tuesday afternoon, McGregor sent Luis to fix this situation.
I cannot say enough good things about Luis. He was kind, thoughtful, professional and fixed my heat!!
Fixing this included realizing the newly installed heat strip was tripping the circuit breaker, so he also went to Home Depot to get the correct breaker.
Luis also had to climb in my very tight attic and deal with new insulation to accomplish the task.
Then, he realized my thermostat was also not working correctly and installed a new one.
The issues just went on and on. Throughout the whole ordeal, Luis maintained his kind, thoughtful and professional demeanor.
McGregor will be doing my HVAC work on my addition AND the yearly maintenance for the system so this is a one and done issue.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
