Don’t bother hiring these plumbers. We had to wait two weeks for them to show up, and on the day they PROMISED to come still a no show.. Don’t waste your time, spend a couple of more dollars to hire someone who will actually show up and fix your problems.

Jamie is very helpful, knowledgeable and professional - a true testament to Champagne Plumbing! I had water leaking from the baseboard from the outside wall of the bathroom behind the sink. I did not know where the water leak was coming from. Jamie did an analysis and figured out that it was from a gasket from the bathtub as well as some other examination of the pipes showed no cracks leading to leaks. Very pleased and thankful

Quick response to an emergency plumbing problem. Plumber Colville was very professional, neat work and good knowledge. Nike installed a new water heater 2 weeks later, with equally professional work. These are good guys. I had to wait some time to schedule the installation of the water heater, but I will give them the benefit of the doubt that they had a busy holiday schedule.

Great plumbing work but one short paragraph describes this company: 100% unreliable, completely inconsiderate of customers’ work schedules, will not respond unless you call and text over and over; and just shows up whenever.

This company cost us unnecessary delays over a job that could’ve taken 3 weeks to complete from beginning to end but with them it was pushed into more than 5 months. Most hurtful event was that they were forgetful in scheduling inspection(s) where we had to call the city to schedule our own inspection thus causing ripple effect delays on other contractors; and pushing the project into the holidays...

Definitely worth the money and peace of mind to pay a little more and execute a Change of Contractor...

Great experience with Champagne Plumbing, Showed up within an hour of my call and had everything they needed to do the job properly . I went from a total nightmare on a job site to where I was about to call my insurance company. GLAD I DIDN'T! Very fair pricing and quality customer service. I'm always happy to help out a local family operated business and I'm definitely going too use them in the future to come.

Jimmy, Kat, Loni and the entire staff are as caring and professional as it gets. I have many sixty year old buildings with deteriorating plumbing systems that they are replacing. The projects are on schedule, and completed on time with minimal impact to the occupants. The pricing is straight forward with no games or up charges at the end on the project.
EVERYONE SHOULD USE THEM FOR ALL THEIR PLUMBING NEEDS.

I am taking the time to write this review because Bob Smith Plumbing was without a doubt one of the most professional organizations I have ever dealt with. I have been in the contracting industry most of my life so I do not say that on a whim. From Jimmy in estimating and Francesca and Kat in the office down to the guys who tunneled underneath the house, everyone was professional, organized, informed, responsive and hard working. They went above and beyond what there contract covered. After dealing with so many different "South Florida" contractors, it is refreshing to know that there are still companies that take pride in running a professional organization. Hopefully I will not have a need again for your services, but If I do, I guarantee I will be making one phone call. Thank you!

Bob Smith Plumbing (BSP) did a most outstanding job in fully replacing our 55-year-old cast-iron under-house pipes with a brand-new PVC system --- which has worked like a charm since project-completion. The work remained under the house during the entire project, and there was minimal turn-off of water during the process. The cleanup after completion was thorough. BSP has our highest recommendation.
