I am absolutely thrilled with the work by BSP. I had showers backing up and toilets gurgling; my 60 year old cast iron sewer lines were a mess. From the very first phone call, Francesca and Jimmy were AMAZING. They helped me temporarily patch the most critical issue, and came back a few weeks later to replace all of the old pipes (they're so good that they are in high demand and had quite a few jobs they had committed to complete before mine). Francesca was super communicative and talked me through every step of the process. The teams that came here were polite, hard workers, and worked together extremely well. The teams take a lot of pride in their work and don't settle for mediocre. I recommend BSP for cast iron pipe replacement without hesitation.

David was so amazing. He worked on two bathrooms at the Office in Boca. He was very efficient. Excellent customer service I would recommend to all my friends.

Absolutely the best to deal with. Francesca is great and easy to deal with they are straight forward about what to expect from start to finish. They did a great job and left the site clean and neat the owner is available if needed and is a owner operator. If you have cast iron pipes I definitely recommend them to come out and evaluate the situation.

Our home required total replacement of our cast iron sewer pipes. Jimmy from our first inspection to completion of the job was honest and available with any questions we had. While the work was underway every crew member was friendly and kept the property very clean. Photographs were provided thru out the job to show us exactly what was happening under our feet! Francesca in the office provided seamless communication at all times and was a pleasure to deal with. For such a stressful home repair, BSP made it seem easy. Jimmy should be proud of the incredible crew he has built.

I had the old cast iron pipes under my house replaced with new PVC pipes. The time and cost estimates for the permitting and work were on the mark. They did the tunneling under the house on a Saturday as I was flying home from vacation. By the time I got home at 4pm, they were just leaving. On Monday, the old pipes were removed and the new pipes were installed. On Tuesday, the inspectors did their thing. On Wednesday, everything was back filled and the job was complete. Very professional and efficient. I would absolutely recommend them to my friends. They earned all 5 stars.

Francesca and the entire Bob Smith Team were extremely professional and most important to me they were honest and had integrity! From the minute I walked into their office and met Francesca to the guys on the job at my house, everyone was super nice. They always cleaned up after they left for the day and when they completed the job, you couldn't even tell they where there. 5 stars and highly recommended!

Bob Smith Plumbing helped my wife and I tremendously. We have a home that was built in 1964 and has cast iron pipes. We have been chronically troubled with our kitchen sink basins and dishwasher backing up or not draining and over the years it cost a small fortune "snaking". Finally after interviewing 3 different plumbing companies and costing more than $1200 to try analyze and fix the problem Jaime Villegas President of Bob Smith came to our home and explained how we can use their service to "Tunnel" of all things
as opposed to tearing up our kitchen floor which was remodeled in 2017. This would have caused us to tear out and replace 1,000 sq ft of tile and the mess and interruption would have been traumatic, not to mention costly.

This company orchestrated the Hydro Excavation, tunneling, replacing a kitchen line which merged to the Main line all in one day. The follow up required tearing out and replacing with cast iron with new PVC kitchen pipes and filling the tunnel with lime stone which was done in about 4 hours. The team was courteous, friendly, mindful of our property and surroundings and cleaned up as though no one had ever been conducting work at our home, except for the fleet of trucks that were needed both times to start and finish the project. They are GREAT!

Faced with the huge expense of tunneling under the house- Bob Smith Plumbing made it as painless as possible. They were on top of communication the whole way, chose the least destructive spot to dig, and the staff was pleasant and professional. They turned out to be less expensive than the other bid we got, and the other guy told us they'd have to dig up a 10' hole in the front of the house. Bob's guys dug a tiny hole I wouldn't have thought possible for a person to work in. Super impressed, and highly recommend them to make the process as painless as possible.

I was so happy with Bob Smith Plumbing! We had some issues with a toilet backing up too frequently and ended up needing to replace the pipes under our house. Jimmy came out to give us and estimate and was able to answer any questions we had. What normally would have been a headache was made an easy experience by everyone on their team! Even found a cracked pipe in the kitchen arm that may have otherwise gone unnoticed, The guys repaired this with no issues and cleaned up after themselves. I was most surprised when they managed to put my landscaping back pretty much exactly how it was before the work was done.

10/10 Experience I would definitely recommend Bob Smith Plumbing for anyone who’s having pluming issues.

Jimmy at Bob Smith gave a professional estimate to update my pipes to PVC from Cast Iron. He explained about a wait time but actually performed the job earlier. The job was done quickly and timely. Once re-inspected my property was put back like they found it. Francesca kept me up -to-date and completely on track during the entire job. Their was even a credit off the estimate due to less work and digging. I would definitely recommend Bob Smith; they were great to work with and very honest.

Beyond 5 Stars!!! Highly recommend! Project was exceptional from start to finish. Not knowing exactly what to expect- we were beyond impressed. The extensive process did not disrupt our day to day activities - we did not even have to leave the house!!

Bob smith is the best for underslab cast iron sewer pipe replacement. I shopped for the best in price. They are in and out completely in 2 plus weeks. After final plumbing inspection, inspection, it’s finished. At no time was it here and inconveniences . You can use the plumbing except for some brief times.when I buy my next home, if it has cast iron, I will use them again.

We had the horrible under-house cast iron sewer pipe rot problem. As bad as this is, Bob Smith was great to deal with in getting it replaced. They are true professionals and know this pipe replacement work very well. Never a huge mess, always prompt, no delays once the job started. Ours was complicated and more envolved than originally conceived but again they walked us through our options and helped us make good decisions. Their on-site crews were very courteous and helpful while here for our days-long project.
