Great company! Fair pricing and great customer service. Did a whole poly repipe in a home I was selling and when they were finished you could barely tell they were there. The dry wall holes were substantially smaller than expected and fewer than anticipated. They covered all holes with access panels that had we chosen to, could have stayed in replace of fixing the dry wall. Mike Douglas plumbing handled all the permitting work from start to finish and kept me informed every step of the way. I would be more than comfortable referring Mike Douglas to any client of mine that needs plumbing work. Overall great experience.

Great customer service! It was a pleasure working with them start to finish. They installed a new Water Heater and showed me a possible problem with an old shut off valve and replaced it at the same time, didn’t need to schedule another appointment. I will highly recommend them to all my clients & contacts.

I had Glenn out today to take a look at a few issues and to install a new disposal. He took the time to listen and come up with a plan to address everything. Jared came out, was extremely knowledgeable about the unit I had and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem preventing my unit from working properly. Glenn and his associate did a superior job. After we made the appointment we discovered two other areas that needed a top notch plumber. That was Glenn. He is very efficient and highly capable. Did a super job on the water heater and a rebuild on an upstairs toilet. Cannot say enough good things about this company and their people.

Glen and John came out to inspect for a possible water leak due do a high water bill. After close inspection it was determined that there was no sign of a leak and it could be a faulty meter. Their response time was great. Thank you for your help in this matter.

He immediately diagnosed what the problem was and explained to me what he needed to do to resolve my issue. Within an hour, he completed the work and reviewed with me what he did to complete the repair. I'll be calling them again for any of my plumbing needs.
