Phone customer service person (Kim) was responsive and kind. Glenn the service manager got back to me quickly with the price to deliver and install 3 new toilets. They showed up in the timeframe quoted. Dillon and Nick were our installers. They were great. Completed the work cleanly and efficiently. They were both a pleasure to work with. Pricing probably not the cheapest - but they got the job done and we are very satisfied. Highly recommend.

Saved the day! South Florida Plumbing came out quickly and fixed our issue. They were very knowledgeable & professional. We felt very comfortable with them doing the work. Will definitely be using & recommending them for future needs. They were recommended by a neighbor on nextdoor app and we are very grateful for finding them.

John came out this morning, 7/22/25 and finished a job within 30 minutes. (Leaking water valves from washing machine).
He gave us a price that was very fair and reasonable. We did not feel like we were being taking advantage of. Superb job from John and South Florida Plumbing! Thank you!

Very pleasant to call and schedule appointments. Immediately came and provided estimate, actual bill was same as estimate. Work done a day later on schedule. plumbers were on time, completed job quickly and left work site clean and in working order.

From the moment I called the office and spoke with Diane, to the prompt follow-up from the Manager, Jay, the customer service was exceptional. The entire team—Eddie, Dave, and Corey—was professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated. They spent the entire day fixing a major issue, just two nights before a big family event on the 4th of July. Dealing with a slab leak so close to hosting family was incredibly stressful, but the way the team handled everything brought me peace of mind. I’m beyond grateful for their quick response and expert work. They will absolutely be my first call for any future plumbing needs.

Job was to remove 2 faucets and replace them with ones that I supplied in the master bathroom. Serviceman was through and did a great job. When I called for service, I was told that what I wanted done would cost 550.00. I had no idea what such a job would be time wise, so I agreed to place the service call. Service man was very good, he did a fine job and was done in a little under 2 hours. If a 2 hour job costs 275.00 an hour, I don't think I could afford to use this company in the future.

Paul Vargas did a phenomenal job fixing my shower! He was polite, knowledgeable, and very efficient. He explained everything and answered all my questions. He even showed me where my main water shut off valve is located in case of an emergency, after I mentioned I didn’t know where it was.

Also, as a woman living alone, I felt very much at ease having him in my home. I appreciate that he was not only skilled but also respectful and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Paul again or recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing work.

We had a difficult plumbing problem with our primary shower faucet. We are in a condo and the building’s water system had a lengthy issue with sediment. Once our shower was reduced to a trickle of water, we contacted South Florida Plumbing and Backflow. It took a persistent effort by their plumbing team to solve the problem. Their lead plumber, Dillon, is outstanding. He and his teammate, Eduardo, had to be creative with building’s plumbing to force the sediment out of our pipes. They were successful and we are extremely pleased.

South Florida Plumbing is top notch! I have been using them for years now. Started with small jobs to a full repipe in my new house. When they said they would be done in a day with water back on they meant it! I’ve never looked for other quotes again. Jared and crew are on point, I recommend them for any plumbing needs. Shout out to Zac who always walks me through each step start to finish.

Amazing job, communication, and price to replace cast iron pipes. This was a big job so I do a lot of research and got a lot of quotes from different places. Ultimately I went with South Florida Plumbing and I’m very happy. I actually thought I left them a review already but saw I didn’t while I was looking for their information to fix another, separate issue I have

Cannot say enough good things about South Florida Plumbing. They removed and replaced our existing cast iron drain lines and replaced them with schedule 40 PVC piping while upgrading the laundry drain from 2 to 3 inches. This operation required them to tunnel under the entire house and also install a new sewer line from the house to the street connection, thus avoiding damage to our concrete fence and paver driveway. They removed many tons of dirt and backfilled the tunneled excavation with clean ASHTO #67 rock.
Their excavators and craftsmen were excellent and gave us a daily update of every step in this extensive process.

My two toilets were in need of replacement parts. The usual problems such as slow flush and water running. Now they both work like new. I am completely satisfied with Dascor snd will use them again in the future.

I recommend Dascor Plumbing. I have used them for my previous home in Pompano Beach and they always fixed all the problems. There they used a cámara to see where the clog was. They have been fixing all plumbing problems at my new home in Fort Lauderdale too. This house was all renovated but the plumbing is original from 1969. They will re pipe this house under the foundation with new PVC to solve all the clogging problems we are having. I only called Dascor because I trust this company.
