This company is so coordinated and professional. The driver called me 30 minutes prior to arrival, the office manager called me to confirm his arrival. They gave me the most affordable price I could ever imagine for what I was facing. Broken pipes etc. I will always used escort plumbing and I will always recommend them to anyone I know. MBP

Excellent service. Installed new dishwasher and cleaned up the hose connections done poorly by previous installer. Ran all new hoses and actually installed DW into the cabinet space and installed kick plate. - which I was expecting to have to do myself. Technician was very nice and knew what he was doing. Excellent job!

Have had an issue with this old house for some time. Wes spent time and much patience on a very hot day to determine root cause of the issue. Came up with some very good suggestions as a work around. I will use them for the larger project based on the experience I had.

Another visit. Very professional and good diagnosis. Like working with dedicated Plumbers. Many contractors try to bundle Electrical Plumbing and Mechanical but my experience has been to stick with the Core of what your company does best. DASCOR just does plumbing.

John and his team were extremely professional, very knowledgeable, punctual, and performed very thorough work. The team was respectful of our home and were careful to keep work areas clean. I appreciate the work they did and would call upon Dascor plumbing in the future.

Helped me diagnose the plumbing issues I've been having. Unclogged a drain line and ran a scope to discover the main sink drain line had a lot of paint chips causing the clogs, and also found a huge crack in the stack causing the water entering the house. Been trying to find that leak for two years! Only happened during hard rains. Probably the bug issues as well. Price they charged me was ridiculously low for what they did. Great service, always reasonable prices. Highly recommend!!

Dascor plumbing is incredibly helpful, resourceful and accommodating. I have never encountered a group of people who are so helpful and pleasant. A special shout out to Vanessa in the office who is beyond gracious and helpful. All of the plumbers were extremely knowledgeable and willing to help in anyway possible. Not only did they identify and fix a leak-in our AC unit we also used them to create a water line for a sink in our laundry room. They were expert in both instances and again an absolute pleasure to work with.

I have had Dascor Plumbing come to my home on two separate occasions, and the service was great both times. The first time involved a burst pipe in the wall behind my washing machine and the second time involved a leaky shower and broken pipe under the bathroom sink. On the phone I was told I would have to wait until tomorrow morning, which I thought was not bad. I asked if I could be squeezed in if a cancelation occurred, and to my surprise, someone arrived within just over an hour. Both issues were quickly resolved and I hardly spent any time without water. I will continue to call Dascor for all of my plumbing problems.

My experience with Dascor could not have been better. Specifically, Keith, he was awesome. Came to my home, diagnosed my issue fairly quickly, ok, within minutes of arriving. He stopped the active leak and gave me the diagnosis. The diagnosis was not the best but could have been much worse. Keith then figured out a cost effective way to re-pipe from the water main and gave me the estimate. My wife called another company to get a second opinion and they required us to cut through more of the outside wall, which they wouldn't do. We would need to call a concrete contractor to cut a 2ft by 2ft hole in the side of the house before they could even diagnose the issue. At this point, I called Dascor and requested that Keith come back out as soon as possible. Once back at the house, Keith had it re-piped and working perfectly in just a few hours.

Tried twice to get someone out to give me an estimate. I was given a time they'd arrive, and was ghosted both times. No phone call, no nothing. Just didn't show up.

Dwayne is the best plumber in town. If you are looking for an honest and affordable plumber you need to call Dascor! Came out in 15 minutes for my emergency. They are the ones to call if you are having a problem. Don’t waste your time on those advertisements that say they have the best price because Dascor IS the best. You won’t regret it. Ask for Dwayne he’s been there for 18+years and knows everything.

I have used DASCOR services for many years. Re-doing my bathroom shower, installing hot water tank, installing all new plumbing for our newly design kitchen. All of the employees and owner work as a team. They are professionals, they respect their commitments, they insure cleanliness of their work environment. Most importantly they execute their job very well the first time, no need to come back because of problem. I highly recommend their services

I called in advance to make sure the company can reinstall/reattach a kitchen sink (mine had come lose from the granite) the woman asked a variety of questions and told me the plumber would be able to fix it. I also had a leak in my master bath I wanted addressed and scheduled for both. The person scheduling the apt told me they charge $135/hour. I booked and they showed up on time. However, they refused to fix the sink (The main reason I called) The plumber indicated he “didn’t want to mess with it”. He also tacked on a $30 driving fee from pompano to Sunrise which I was not told about when I booked. Since they were so transparent about fees up front I would have thought they would mention a driving fee given that they knew my location before they sent anyone out. That seemed very shifty to me. They did fix the bathroom leak; I wouldn’t have had them come out for that if they could not have done the sink. Any plumber could have addressed the master bath issue! The guy who came out said he would try to give me a number for someone to fix the sink. He didn’t follow through. I called back to the office and told them I was disappointed, I was told the owner/manager would reach out to me…never heard a word. The next day I found someone who came out to reattach the sink, charged $75 and was done in 20 minutes. I used Dascor 15 years ago and felt they knew what they were doing; that’s the reason I called for this job. I was very disappointed and don’t think I’ll ever use them in the future. Lacking transparency, saying they can do something and then showing up and not even trying.. Waste of time and money!

Dwayne Flowers, Dascors technician was amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable handled the problem very professionally and success. I was concerned it would have been much more involved but he did all the right things and spent extra time completing the job properly. I have already recommended Dwayne and your company to a small hotel owner that is needing plumbing in the future as they are remodeling and will highly recommend you to all my clients👍

I'm very pleased with Dascor. I recommend them highly. I've used them now on multiple occasions, the last being a late day hot water tank failure. My call to Dascor was promptly answered, a rep followed up, and my new water tank installed before noon the next day. The installers were great - pleasant, focused and capable. I'll not hesitate to call Dascor again, though hopefully not too soon!

Finally found a plumbing company that is professional: Honest, skillful, knowledgeable, clean, and respectful of our home. Dascor's owner, manager and plumber we dealt with were really terrific.
Over the years multiple local plumbing companies misdiagnosed our plumbing problem, recommending expensive, invasive, and unnecessary work. Thankfully we were skeptical of these false diagnoses and put the proposed work off. After reading the many positive reviews for Dascor we decided to give this company a chance. From the first call we felt re-assured when we spoke to Vanessa who was both responsive and sympathetic to our problem. She offered to send a very experienced plumber to just evaluate the situation. While there Greg first tried the least expensive possible fix for us and when it needed more, Dascor's owner Doug called, discussed the probable solution/next step and assured us they would get the problem fixed. They again sent Greg and who clearly was experienced and knowledgeable. When the least expensive repair was not sufficient he correctly diagnosed the problem before he got here and hit the ground running when he arrived. As it turned out the actual repair was far less expensive and less invasive then the previous plumbers told us. It did take some work, but clearly Greg knew what he was doing as demonstrated by the complexity of the work and his fluidity with the repair. Dascor's honesty, understanding, and concern for our situation has won our loyalty for all future plumbing problems. We highly recommend them.

They came out, they were very nice and worked on the issue. They spent plenty of time trying to resolve the problem but they could not. I was charged $300 for quite a bit of troubleshooting but the problem remains. The person who came was very nice and truly attempted to fix the problem and told me he could install a shower drain valve to attempt to stop the sewer smell when i turn on the attic vent. He called the owner (his father) for help and he stopped by for 5 minutes. He told him to basically "wrap it up" and left... and that was that. So, for the person (sorry, I don't remember his name) who came out a 5 stars. For the father 2 stars. I gave a 3 start because I'm out $300 and I'm where I was before.

It’s so hard to find companies that you don’t second guess (or that don’t make you feel ripped off). I have used Dascor twice now and they didn’t disappoint. The first time I had them come out to give me a second opinion on a wildly expensive repair and they provided other solutions that were more cost effective but appropriate. The work was done well and the service was exceptional, from the person who answered the phone and scheduled the service to the plumbers who came out to provide estimates and do the repairs. I’m not one to write reviews but when you find a company like Dascor how could I not. I have used them in the past. If they say they will come… they do. I felt listened to and heard. The owner and his son are amazingly knowledgeable and kind. The office staff is great. They all really know their stuff and the things that come up with these older Florida homes.
