I called the office, very friendly person answered, I explained my problem, she said someone would be out within 90min, the showed up, took care of my leak. I have used Dascor before and have never been disappointed, keep up the great work.

I so trust this company. From the time I met , Doug the owner to his son Conor I could tell this company was honest and would do whatever they could to resolve your problem. Very professional team. Had a kohler warranty issue. They Fixed the problem quickly and had the parts on the truck. Most companies have to make a secondary appointment after ordering parts. This company and crew came prepared for this particular service call.

A couple years ago I purchased a new water heater for my home. Unfortunately I did not purchase it from DASCOR and it was installed incorrectly by a different plumber who would not stand behind his work.
After a frustrating couple years and a couple other plumbers I finally did the right thing and called DASCOR. They sent out Dwayne and he methodically evaluated and fixed my water heater problem. Thank you Dwayne and DASCOR!

4 years later I called DASCOR to install a MOEN FLO home water management system. They came out and installed the MOEN FLO. DASCOR did a great job! Get a MOEN FLO and call these guys! For some reason DASCOR is not on the approved MOEN vendor list. They should be!

I couldn’t be happier with the service. Dwayne arrived 10 minutes early, answered my questions and installed the new garbage disposal. Will always rely on Dascor, prompt, honest, reliable service.

They performed an excellent job by unclogging a shower and determining that the pipes were in good condition by running a camera through all the sewage lines of the house which I saw in real time through a monitor they had.. Thanks to them we determined that the clogging was actually due to renters hair and not by condition of the sewage pipe. They used a locator which showed the complete run of the house pipes. Previously, another plumber had scared me by saying that the pipes were too old and broken, and I would have to replace them and spend thousands in this repair which thanks to Dascor was not true. I truly recommend their services.

I had an emergency situation and Keith Thompson went above and beyond. I can't say enough good things about this professional. He was true to his word, came up with a good solution, executed as discussed and the outcome was perfectly corrected. I highly recommend asking for Keith at DASCOR Plumbing.

Exceptional company. 5 star in every way. Conor, Joey, Doug and the whole team saved me from a non stop overflowing toilet caused by a main break at Barcelona North. Sewage was everywhere. They came off hours early in the morning and never stopped for maybe 14 hours. I love them and thank them soo much. Professional, kind, and friendly cannot say enough.

We had an estimate done with this company. Plumber was very nice, came on time, and was very responsive. There was a bit of confusion and back and forth about the job and payment, however, and the secretary was very rude and unprofessional in dealing with the matter over the phone. She was highly accusatory, aggressive, and not kind in her delivery whatsoever. Very disappointing as this could have been resolved in a much better fashion.

These guys are great, Wayde was so friendly and professional. Doug and Wayde are very honest, which is hard to find. They cleared a clogged washer drain that roto rooter did not the day prior. I absolutely recommend them and will only ever use them.

These guys are the standard to which all contractors should hold themselves. They are knowledgeable, courteous, punctual and communicative. We had to replace all of the 47 year old cast iron pipes under our house which involved tunneling, draining, drilling... Quite a project. Dascor explained the process very thoroughly, and took the time to listen and address all of my concerns. Additionally, they effectively scheduled, started and finished when they said they would. Lastly, they thoroughly cleaned up the yard, driveway and pavers that were disturbed during the work. This is the best experience I've ever had with contractors. They deserve every bit of the 5 star rating.

What an amazing company called this morning and within 2 hours someone was at my home. The tech was professional polite and experienced. Would definitely recommend them, do not hesitate to call you won't regret it.

Had a leak behind our kitchen sink that another plumber couldn't find. They were very professional. They arrived on time and found the issue immediately. They repaired it a few days later, kept in constant contact (confirming our appointment, arrival notices, etc). They gave us a fair estimate for the repairs and came in UNDER ESTIMATE!! Saving me stress and $$. They were honest and didn't take advantage of an already stressful situation. I will recommend them again and again.

Dascor Plumbing repaired a water leak which was behind my cement wall. (The first company I hired failed twice to fix the problem)
Dascor came right away when I called and solved the entire problem in half a day! I was so impressed with this company. They were also very professional.

Dascor plumbers Keith and Jacob arrived on time, they were truly expert and very professional they installed my new water heater, removed the old water heater and cleaned up everything perfectly in two hours and 15 minutes I was very satisfied. I will use Dascor again.

We have used them as our condominiums plumber of choice, they do a great job at a reasonable price. Let me add that they are very responsive to a customer's concerns and will always do there best to make you happy. Plumber # 2 beat out #1 Ha Ha! 😉

This was a vacation rental. I needed immediate servicing as the plumbing was all backed up! I could not shower or use the toilet! This was my 2nd day renting! The property owner contacted Dascor. I called to confirm and was assured that I would be serviced. The plumber was running behind a few hours and I was just glad he showed up! The customer service girl was extremely helpful! He was able to get everything unclogged pretty fast! It wasn't a day at the beach though!

My experience with Dascor was excellent. James arrived within 30 mins of my call to the service manager(I believe he said his name was Johnny)and had everything taken care of within an hr. James and Dascor's service is on point and 2nd to none. Thank you for such great service!

Always a great experience with Dascor, we have tried other companies and always end up calling them! You truly get what you pay for with them. Though they are not the cheapest, but the quality is truly worth every penny all around.
