Tune up for AC units - Cameron answered all questions we had once he serviced the equipment. He was focused on getting his work done efficiently. . Once completed we were able to review all that he found and shared how to best maintain in between visits. I felt I was in good hands and would not hesitate to recommend this company. I signed up for an annual service plan and feel good about any issues being addressed before they become a problem

We are happy with your semi-annual maintenance. Adam told me to trim my bushes around the AC unit and he was right, so many overgrown bushes that may be hurting the air flow around the box.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Dave came today to repair one of our AC units and also install 3 Ecobee thermostats in our home. He is always on time, polite, professional and communicates well. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and has been able to troubleshoot and repair issues previous technicians from another company had been unable to fix. Getting in touch with the office is easy they are accessible, available and courteous. I feel that their pricing for services are fair and competitive. When an issue arises they work hard to come to help immediately and you can be assured they will do their best to ensure you are happy.

Bret B. went above and beyond to help us resolve an emergency we had at our rental property. Our new pool water heater broke on us while a guest stayed in our property. Even though this was covered under the warranty, the manufacturer was going to take almost two weeks to replace the part. Bret was able to find an alternative solution and had our heater repaired within one business day. Thanks to Bret and his team, they had us fixed right away! Quality First A/C has been nothing short of fantastic. They are prompt in all areas of their serivce. From the initial service call, the estimate, and then the installation of a brand new unit, they have been great. Their technician's are professional and friendly. Cameron was great with explaining what we needed and did not try to push on us anything uncessesary. For a big purchase, I never second guessed or hesitated with using them. Just in time for summer!!

They are a preferred vendor for AquaCal pool heaters and responded to a warranty claim we submitted. Cameron was the technician and correctly diagnosed the issue before even looking at the unit based on the description. He had the part, changed it out, fixed the unit and was on his way within 20 minutes. Great service and knowledge.

Adam was punctual and polite. He completed the service very efficiently. He even pointed out another filter which I didn’t realize needed changing. At the end of the visit, there were groceries in the garage which had just been delivered, and he brought them into my kitchen, since I couldn’t lift them due to a recent procedure. This was above and beyond! Would highly recommend Quality First Air.

I have used Quality First for many years. I have to say they have always been so reliable, professional, flexible and fair. Every time I’ve had an issue with my unit, (hello, summer in FL!) they have been able to get out to my house the same day to diagnose the problem. It’s hard to find good service these days!!
