Neighbors installed a completely new system at our home a few years back - we were pleased then. Now several years later, a lizard shorted out the capacitor and the unit stopped cooling. Neighbors was there the next morning and had the system cooling away in no time. Tech was friendly & professional.

We also decided to have a long overdue check up scheduled the following week. The tech showed up 4 minutes early and was done in 20 minutes. Different tech, same friendly, professional manner.

Professional and prompt friendly service. All at fair prices. Neighbors AC has maintained my air conditioning for years. They also installed a new unit when the need arose. Every dealing with them for well over a decade has been 5 star. I recommend them to my friends and I recommend them here.

Good if you need to replace the AC. Repairs failed. New installation from a mini spit system: first job no one came, no estimate. Second job someone came got a proposal from him when he install it after work for cash for a extreme high price, unfortunately no proposal from Neighbors AC.
Definitely still on my to call list for AC replacements.

The issue with my unit was fixed by the technician and I must say he was courteous and professional. I indicated to him another concern I had with regards to a noise by the fan I hear when the A/C turns on but he did not give it importance. The noise seem to be getting worse. What I really didn't like was the price charged. Unfortunately, these days the charges for having your A/C checked or repaired are as high or higer then visiting the doctor. Unless you have A/C knowledge, you are at the mercy of what the technician say the cost will be.

Used to be a 5 star review after the first experience with them, a year later we got ripped off badly by them. Called because when my mother needed heat for the few cool weeks at last Christmas the unit shut down. Tech came out for the $85 service call and went to van to get a fuse, watched him put it in and turned thermostat to heat and saw the fuse blow, he went and got another fuse and skipped the heat setting and put it on
Cool and said "don't use the heat or the fuse will blow" - I asked which of the two heater cores / elements was bad , he said he didn't know. I asked when will the situation be fixed, he said the office will call with the bill and we'll have to schedule that particular repair as a separate call, and he left.

Later we were billed $385 and I heard the woman in the office tell my mother on speaker phone that these were very special expensive fuses - I told them I have pictures of the fuse and that they are a few dollars a pack at an auto store - same kind you use in your car, a little pink transparent 20 or 10amp automotive fuse, we gave them a chance to rectify the outrageous overcharge but they would not fix the issue or refund the gross bill we got - the tech is not authorized to do anything that goes above the service call price without getting permission from the customer first - beware of these crooks - I included a picture of the automotive fuse in the photos section. Very very disappointing that people would take advantage of an elderly lady - beware

I was recommended by someone, so I had high expectation from them, but I was very disappointed with their way of dealing with the customer. They were not honest about the hidden charges for credit cards fees, plus never mentioned that they will not deduct $95 service fees if we need only Freon gas. They don’t discuss clearly about their hidden fees. Guys just be careful if you ever need service from them. I end up paying someone else one third of the money they were asking for the job, but I did pay their service fees of $95 even though I didn’t let them do the job.

I have been using Neighbors AC for more than ten years, and I am very pleased with their service, as they are professional, efficient and responsive. Their technicians are prompt, thorough, polite, knowledgeable and friendly. I have never had any concerns or problems with their service, and there has never been need for a call-back! I would recommend them highly, in a heartbeat!!

Neighbors AC is my Air Conditioning repair and service company for years. They consistently perform at a professional level. The Techs are well trained and the company has integrity.. They perform routine service, have quickly made availability for me when i needed emergency repairs, and have installed new units for my family. Any time i call them… they take care of my families needs.

This company is amazing. We have been using them for many years. They are very efficient. The staff /technicians are very nice. Every time we call for service we have them within 2/3 hours. Highly recommend this company.

January 22, 2026 - Neighbor's A/C installed my unit in 2017 and has been my service provider since that installation. I'm on schedule for quarterly checkups and I've learned to depend on them. They're always on time and do their work to completion, whether it's just an inspection or necessary repairs required. Their service men are very professional and always follow through to be sure everything is working perfectly. Service call was set up fast and service guys came right on time. They were very clean and professional. They gave me clear information on the status of my a/c and made me feel very comfortable moving forward with repairs. they wanted to change the 2 motors and new company came and found it was some faulty wiring

regardless they sent 125.00 invoice for coming out and doing a wrong assessment

no choice and paid but feel ripped off big time

Great experience! Called them on Thursday afternoon and they were at my door the next morning. Highly recommend this company, especially if you have a newer system. Their head tech Charlie is very knowledgeable and really takes his time to diagnose and explain. Awesome customer service!

Devinson and Francisco were phenomenal! They serviced the business i manage and I couldn't be more greatful for their care and attentiveness throughout the whole process. They even explained the complicated components related to an AC unit in a way I could understand also! Great service and very appreciated!

Rebecca was very helpful when she learned that my medical practice cannot operate without a functional a/c. She personally hunted down the required parts and credited me the previous orders which failed to solve the problem: caring service with integrity.
Her technician waited at my office @ 7:30 am the next day and got the unit working before we open at 9:30. Now that is professional service!

Neighbors installed 2- 10 ton heat pumps for our facility. And service our refrigeration and AC units. Great job! Their service manager, Charlie , is very professional and gets his team on site quickly.

A different AC company diagnosed my unit as needing a total replacement, or I could spend over $1,000 to try to find a leak, plus add 5lbs. of freon and they claimed it probably wouldn’t work.

Instead I called Neighbors AC for a 2nd opinion from a friend’s recommendation. They sent their tech Quentin to double check my concerns. After showing Quentin the TXV valve that was freezing in my pancake unit, (also shown to the other company and ignored) he immediately went to work and within a few hours he replaced the valve and all other details it involves, also adding only two lbs. of freon to the unit. My AC is working again!

Needless to say I am thrilled! First of all with their integrity, their commitment to their service, attention to detail, and lastly listening to their clients. I am definitely signing a Maintenance Contract with them as I feel I received first rate service from Neighbors AC.

I just hired their maintenance service and it was impeccable—punctual and very professional. Without a doubt, this is a reliable and highly recommended company. Both the office staff and technicians are of the highest quality.
