Neighbors AC is the best AC company in South Florida. We use them all the time at our Association and they are always on time and provide 5 Star service. They go above and beyond and are so considerate. They wear protective plastic booties over their shoes when they walk through the house to make sure not to track dirt in. Very professional and outstanding service. Highly recommend.

Last weekend my 83 year old aunt called to tell me her a/c wasn't working. With temperatures soaring above 95 degrees, I was concerned not only about her general discomfort but the stress extend exposure to heat could cause on her heart. I had worked with Neighbors in the past so I gave them a call. Niki at the office immediately shared her concern and promised to get someone out ASAP. Within a few hours a tech, Chris was with my aunt. He followed every COVID protocol and with kindness and professionalism addressed the problem - all on a Saturday no less. Chris advised that he could get the unit up and working but it would take another day. Promising to personally return early the next morning (important that he realized the importance of not having my aunt have to deal with a new person and mitigate her exposure to someone new) he did in fact return early Sunday morning and within a short time she was cool and comfortable. At a time in our lives when we are all stressed and dealing with a new way of living, the service and thoughtfulness provided by Neighbors reminded me that there are still quality companies with amazing team members that put people first.

In one day they sourced the right spare part and installed and fixed the AC. Competitors in 10 days others had not been able to do. They are professionals and responsive to all requests. Highly recommended.

Neighbors A/C was very responsive when I called to make an appointment. They showed up at the set time, diagnosed the problem and explained in great detail what was going on with our A/C unit. Chris, the technician was very knowledgably and courteous and made sure everything was in working order before he left. I have used many other A/C company's in the past but Neighbors is the best.

I was getting a routine maintenance and for some reason my A/C decided to stop running. The technician said it’s the motor. It was under warrantee, they installed a new one the next morning! Although there were some problems with the unit initially installed, Neighbors AC never failed to correct the situation and made sure that everything was properly functioning. Very satisfied with the service and staff at Neighbors AC.

We replaced the AC unit on the 4th floor and Patrick arrived exactly when expected, completed the work, and cleaned up in record time. He was so polite and professional and we could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. We use Neighbors A/C for all of our HVAC needs and are always happy with the service we receive from them.

Called multiple companies looking for emergency repair. They couldn’t help with the emergency at the moment (nobody could btw) but Pia tried to give me some tips to check and see if they were causing the outage. (Outstanding customer service. For free and just out of kindness, making sure thermostat batteries were good. Advised in checking water lines) Said they would/could call back first thing in the am to see if still needed help to which I agreed. Like clockwork they called. At my home 30 mins later. Had the needed part on hand. Tech was great. Had it swapped out and fixed inside of 5 mins. AC back up blowing cold. Would absolutely call again in the future. What customer service is supposed to be. Having such services is never fun from a financial standpoint but when the company is as friendly and reliable just makes it sting so much less.
From EXPERIENCE I can say that offering outstanding customer service, is rarely truly appreciated by the typical customer. I hope they know that although few will genuinely appreciate the top notch service, there will be those of us who see it, know it and are thankful for it.

Needed quick repair for a faulty AC unit. After calling numerous companies in the area, Neighbors A/C was the only one to provide immediate service. They came out within the hour and had my AC up and running in no time. Would absolutely recommend!!!
