Quality air came out to inspect my air conditioner due to a blown blower motor. The technician was at my house for 40 minutes. Smelled like absolute alcohol and booze. Told me I needed a new motor and then sent me a quote for $1600. I called another AC repair man who came out the same day charge $700 For a new blower motor and control unit. These guys are absolute crooks. How do you justify a 1200 In price when the AC guys used all carrier parts with a two year warranty for $700 but you guys wanted 1600 you guys are a joke

I can’t say enough on how pleased I am with Quality First Air Conditioning.. I switched to their company from another local A/C company (will not mention the name).. Immediately I saw the difference in service when they came to do contracted service.. Night and Day..
Today I came home and realized the A/C was not working.. This was at 2:PM.. The dispatcher called service man and he was at my house in one hour.. Diagnosed the minor issue and fixed it.. They are a professional company who cares about their customers.. Thank you Quality Air for your service!!!

Warranty service for an aquacal pool heater. Other than the fact I didn’t know they were coming today it was seamless. Technician came a fixed the issue and if they didn’t text the job was closed I wouldn’t have know they were here. Saw the tech on the way out, he told me what had been fixed. Overall really good experience with both aquacal and the service company.

We have been using Quality First for almost 15 years. We have three ac units and they have both installed and kept them running smoothly for all the years we have lived here. The main office is easy to work with to schedule maintenance and emergency appointments. They are both professional and efficient. The technicians, are clean, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Pricing even for emergency services is fair. They are always quick to respond often within hours of call. I would give this company a ten star rating if it were available!

Great a/c service provider! Have been using them for over 10 years now and they are always there for us. They techs are very knowledgeable and extremely professional.

I was very disappointed in the service . They did not do what I requested , they made sure to come while I was at work and bill me for Freon when I told them I do not want Freon in advance since there is a leak . I needed to find the leak and seal it otherwise the Freon would leak out. It’s common sense. They didn’t care about what I said and choose to ignore what the customer wanted.

Neighbors A/C continues to provide consistent and professional service. The other day our AC stopped working. Within hours Charlie from Neighbors was in our home and found the problem right away. I received calls before, during, and after the service. It doesn't get any better. I;ve had other companies but none compare to Neighbors A/C. Thank you Neighbors A/C.

This is a firm you want to use if you like companies that show up on time and care about the work they do. We bought a new home from Toll Bros. and soon noticed moisture emitting from our ceiling. Neighbors can in and resealed all the ducts, replaced the faulty plenum and replaced a too-small AC unit with a wonderfully efficient multi speed unit. We have been problem-free for nearly 4 years...we highly recommend Neighbors.

We have been customers now going on 16 years back when they replaced our old A/C unit with an American Standard, Now 15 years later we have found ourselves in a pinch needing a new unit. we called for a price that was a thousand dollars less then I expected to pay bench-marking on what my neighbors paid recently for a comparable unit of 4 tons with a 16 SER rating. Also with the COVID situation units are not as readily available and they provided us a portable unit to keep us comfortable at night until the new unit arrived. To sum it up Service, Value and Customer Care, It like having a good neighbor in the A/C business. Thanks Rebecca to you and the team.

We called them while they were opening for the day, and within 20 minutes they were here, and knew what they were doing; did it quickly and neatly and carefully and well. There were great when we needed them 2 years ago and 2 days ago. I’m gonna use them whenever I need them, although they gave me tips how not to need them so soon.
