I had Neighbor’s A/C come out only for a bad thermostat. I am highly upset because after the service was complete, I saw a charge of $400 on my card. The repairman never told me the price for the thermostat, so I stupidly assumed it would be $100 or so. I was charged $295 for a thermostat replacement without any indication of the price. If I would’ve known that, I would’ve just gone and bought the exact same one myself at the store as they go for $60/$70 for the exact same one. Not happy at all with how this turned out.

Their technicians are terrific.

Ram and Orlando did a great job with servicing my A/C, they were very thorough. Molly, the office manager is also a pleasure to deal with.

We have been using the team at Air Flow concepts for the past few years. They have always been fantastic related to preventative maintenance and cleaning of our AC units.
Recently, we had a compressor failure with one of our units and it needed repair.
This is where they really shined.
Molly is a great communicator and kept us informed through out the day Friday. They quickly diagnosed our issue, confirmed the compressor qualified for warranty, and had it replaced on a Saturday, which was a lifesaver. Shiva and Jayden were professional, clear in explaining everything, and had the system cooling perfectly again in no time.

Highly recommend them for fast, honest, reliable service.

Beware! I was charged over $400 for labor for half hour of work! The tech replaced blower motor of my carrier system. The blower motor was already covered by my warranty agreement.
