I can’t express how much I appreciate this company professionalism. They were there as soon as I needed them. The work they did took more time and effort but my god when they finished it was a job well done.

This company has impressed me much! I'm a first time mother with a new born baby with breathing issues. I contacted Air Flow Concepts in regards to my needs and they were precise on helping me with a solution. From the first phone call into the office all the way until the techs came out to assist with the issues of the cleaning of my ducts in the home. I'm so glad that I found this company through a google search. Now the air in my home is super clean/breathable and my baby is breathing fine and can sleep throughout the night without gasping for air.

An excellent company; I highly recommend them for your ac needs. I have used them for both emergency and normal servicing needs. They respond quickly and are very professional. Shiva is knowledgeable and kind, as well as Molly and Shivana in the office. They are a pleasure to do business with.

Office staff was amazing and very professional.
Technicians were friendly and very knowledgeable in their trade. They gave us options for our repairs, and carried thru with a follow-up call. When it came time to replace our A/C they again gave us options so we could stay within our budget. Would highly recommend them.

This is hands down the most professional experience I have ever had with a company that does air. I met Shiva was was amazing he told me I would get a call with an estimate same day and I did. Molly called gave me the estimate and scheduled an appointment for the next day as I told her this was urgent for me. Aron and Clint we ON TIME AND SO PROFESSIONAL WOW! They wore bootes on their shoe to not mess my house up and put plastic everywhere they would be working. They cleaned all my AC Duct, hand washed and cleaned all the metal vent things. Aron asked to see my AC Handler and recommended a cleaning based on what he saw. I could not believe how dirty it was. He cleaned it and painted it something that will prevent future issues. I am so grateful for Junior my AC Guy for recommending Air Flow Concepts. I will be referring them to everyone I know.

I called AFC for help. The a/c unit had a small leak and it wasn't cooling. I spoke with the office manager, Molly, and I was really impressed with her knowledge and her ability to explain things.

Usually, you call on the phone and all they do is take your name and schedule you. She understood how uncomfortable it was without cool air and how I was worried about the leak.

In less than 2-hours, the technician arrived. In less than an hour, I had cool air and the leak was fixed. Haven't had any problems since. Great quick efficient professional work.

I will be calling them for a spring a/c tuneup and I am thinking about their annual service agreement for peace of mind. Money a little tight around the holidays, but, I may go for it before the spring. It also includes the tuneup at no extra charge.

With my father living on his own, disabled, their response time could not have been any better. Living in south Florida you know air conditioning is a necessity, not a luxury. With that said they were able to come on short notice and replace a blower motor on the unit in a very timely manner. While in the unit they found the coil needed a good cleaning and showed me the difference between what it looks like and what it should look like and let’s just say a picture is worth 1000 words. I scheduled for them to come back to do a coil and duct cleaning, and was very impressed by their prep work and breakdown because we all know how contractors can leave a mess. I would recommend their services 10 times over.

My first choice for air conditioning is Air Flow Concepts (AFC). AFC was recommended by a friend but being a Snow Bird and being ripped off mnay times in the past, I was hesitant to employ this company. My problem started when I was away and my tenant started complaining of a problem with the Air Condition. I called Air Flow Concepts and after my first contact with Molly, it was breeze. Shiva inspected and diagnosed the problem and his team worked up until midnight the same day to provide my tenant temporary comfort until a permanent soultion was undertaken. I had to change my entire AC system and was very apprehensive about the cost and inconvenience to my tenant. When I received the quotation, I was relieved that the cost was less than I expected. The job was given to AFC and I had NO REGRETS as the job was completed in one day. From the begining to the end, I encountered nothing but professionalism from the entire AFC Team. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Air Flow Concepts for any AC project.

Air flow concepts came to my home and completely revamped my air quality. I have had soo much issues with a steady flow of air coming through and they not only cleaned everything thoroughly, but they got me on an affordable maintenance plan that keeps my unit working beautifully and efficiently. I would recommend them all of the time!!!!

Office staff was very helpful in getting us a technician out in a timely matter. Technician showed up diagnosed and repaired our unit within a hour. He took pictures of our roof top unit to show us the part that needed to be replaced. When it finally came time to replace our unit, we didn't hesitate to call Air Flow Concepts to do the job. We highly recommend them.

My A/C stop working and I called Air Flow concepts. They came out in a few hours and said the drain line was clogged. I talked to molly in the office, she was very helpful and knowledgeable. The tech showed me where the coils and vents had problems. I had the whole system cleaned, there's no way a company can say they'll cleaned for 99 dollars. I had moisture and dirt on my vents, now I know why. Thank you Air Flow.

I have been a customer of Air Flow Concepts for a while now. They have serviced my AC unit
when I had air conditioner problems a few times and were very prompt in coming out, and the price was reasonable. Unfortunately, recently, I needed a new Air Conditioner unit and they quoted me a price better than other companies. I am very pleased with the work that they have done installing that unit and making sure that they cleaned up all the debris. The owners, Molly and Shiva, are a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend their company.
