My brother and I use Prime Time Cooling for a couple of my properties for the past few years. They have always been responsive, professional and helpful. Just recently, (during COVID), I had an AC issue at one of my properties. They picked up the phone late Friday evening. Helped with trying to troubleshoot the issue over the phone to try to resolve it quickly. Unfortunately, we couldn't. So they came out Saturday morning to fix it. The assistance by all staff was amazing! The communication was fantastic. I have always referred this company out to my clients, but never got a chance to write a review. I'm glad I am able to do so now.

I hired this company to install a new coil to my A/C unit. The send a technician, his name was Glenn. Hi came with a helper and both of them was very pleasant. They give me a lot of knowledge about the job done. Glenn was very knowledgeable and he explained to me very good the benefits of the job done. I definitely recommend this company.

Prime Time Cooling was recommended to me by the AC man I had been using. He repairs AC's but doesn't install them. I was very pleased that they installed the new AC within 2 days. A few months later I needed my duct & vent cleaned since it hadn't been done ever. Raciel who is the manager at PTC came out to clean the ducts, he was very personable & showed me the dirt that was cleaned out. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a new AC unit.

I purchased an ac unit from Prime Time 2 years ago and needed service on it today. Their service, done by Randy, was exceptional. He called several times to let me know exactly when he would be here, was polite and efficient when he was here. From initial estimate to installation to service this comany has impressed me and I recommend them.

Prime Time did a great job. They installed a new Amana 3 Ton 16 Seer a/c system (compressor, air handler & thermosta). The installation was perfect; 3 workers 5 hours very professional. The price very fair. Asiel Cabrera (owner) delivered & installed as promised!

We needed a new air conditioning unit Prime Time was recommended to us and we have no complaints. They came when they said they would. Their bid for the work was better than our other bids and the work was completed the very next day. Their work was efficient and they left the area clean and tidy when they were done.

Prime Time rocks!! Asiel recently replaced my complete central air unit. I can't say enough good things about the whole experience. They were on time, efficient and very professional from start to finish. The price was also very fair. They are a very well run local family business that cares about their customers.

I call Prime Time and they were out in just over an hour. Father and son team very professional. My package unit was popping fuses, so they showed me what they were doing and what this did and what that did... They troubleshot it down to my thermostat shorting out the fuse. They quickly fixed the problem and only $89 later my house is cool. This is the 3rd AC company I have used over the last 13 years and I wont be using anyone else. They are honest and true professionals.

Prime Time was a pleasure to do business with. They showed up early and completed the job promptly and professionally. They cleaned up their working area perfectly before they left and took all the garbage with them. I didn’t know who to call and was recommended by another retired A/C guy. They were very fair, through, and on time!!! Ansel explained the problem with my unit and gave me a few options. His employee came out the next morning on time and fixed it in about 11/2hrs. Worked with me on pricing and I’m a happy camper!! Hats off to prime time A/C. Prime Time is a fantastic company. They replaced a 26 year old unit for me a couple years ago. They also do my yearly routine a/c service. Recently they have helped me again after a mold remediation company dismantled my condo. Since the air handler & walls were removed I didn’t know the order of how things should go back. They came out right away to help me. What I love the most about Prime Time is their flexible evening hours. My tenants both work a lot & I am an out of state owner. They have amazing customer service. You will know the first and last name of the technician that is coming to your house & they are always on time. It’s so nice to have a company I trust. Love them!

Such a pleasure working with Prime Time. Was scheduled between 2 and 4 this afternoon. They got hung up on another job and was in constant contact with me. Showed up at 8 pm on a Friday to make repair. I would highly recommend them for all your AC needs. Polite, honest and reasonable. What more can you ask for?

I purchased my package ac unit last year from Prime. Received quick install at a great price and with great results. Today, I called with an unusual request after receiving no assistance from fire department or pet rescue. A kitten was stuck in my ac return. I called Prime Time Cooling to see if they could help. Prime Time Cooling has been our go to AC company since we moved to south Florida 3 years ago. Thankfully didn’t need them many times. We desperately needed a new ac unit. They were able to get it replaced super quick. They installed for us and did an awesome job. Great customer service. Great prices.

I highly recommend this company. I needed to replace an old unit and was referred to them by another AC company which I use for service but does not do installations. They schedule appointments quickly, show up on time, and do good work for a reasonable price. They ran into a few problems from the way my old unit was previously installed, but took the time to install the new unit cleanly and properly. My installation required a permit and it easily passed city inspection on the first try. I have had no leaks or problems of any kind. If you want something done right, give them a call!

Juan was very efficient and on time. I love how they gave us a’rescue’ replacement until they were able to get our part. I recommend Prime Time Cooling 100%!

Needed to fix my AC, the company I have used for years and very happy with never showed up for the scheduled appointment. Was very hesitant about finding another AC company but after my research I decided to go with Prime Time Cooling. Made an appointment for that same day, Mike called and told me he was running a bit late and was on his way. When he showed up, he was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. AC was fixed in no time and I am very happy. Things happen for a reason and I am glad that I chose to call Prime Time Cooling.
