Their work was excellent, their drainage system, however, was sealed, which would’ve clogged up in a few months. I had them change it out to one I could maintain myself. See the before and After photos below. If they would’ve put that in from the beginning they would’ve got a five star review. They probably did the standard in the industry, but the standard needs to change. The customer needs to be taught about maintaining the drainage so it doesn’t clog. No one wants to come home to a flooded home.

The tech showed up on time, performed all of the expected maintenance and provided me with a summary of what was done and confirmed everything was in good order. I wish all services appointments with other companies were as timely, complete and professional. Thanks

Prime Time is the coolest AC company I’ve ever dealt with. Asiel is one cool cat. Knowledgeable, kind and efficient.

They came earlier than expected and diagnosed the problem right away. They were prompt and very polite. We'll definitely be using them again!

The technician arrived but was unable to speak English. Despite the language barrier, he successfully diagnosed the issue, identifying that low-voltage wires had been installed for the heater system instead of the required high-voltage wiring. This error occurred during the initial installation of the package unit less than two years ago, which is still under warranty.

After consulting with the front office, the technician entered the house and replaced the Amazon thermostat with a standard thermostat. He then handed me his cell phone, allowing me to speak with someone from the office. They tried to explain that the thermostat was the problem. However, I disagreed, as it was evident the issue was caused by the incorrect wiring installed in the package unit.

I asked the front office to hold while I removed the standard thermostat and reinstalled the Amazon thermostat. Once I did, the heating system worked correctly. I then informed the office staff that I would not pay the additional charges on the invoice, as the root cause of the problem was the improper wiring installed during the original setup of the heater system.

After our AC went out over Thanksgiving, they worked with us to schedule the earliest possible installation—the following Monday. The work was high quality and completed quickly. They were also recommended to us by our AC service technician for installations.

Excellent! I found these guys through the Thumbtack webpage. They were the first to respond and answered all my questions almost immediately including pricing. They showed up exactly at the time scheduled, worked fast, professionally and explained each step of the way. Needless to say, I highly recommend them.

8/27/21 The blower motor module broke and the entire motor needed replacement. I only had to wait for the warranty replacement to arrive. As usual, the service was fast, professional and reasonable pricing. What more can you ask for? These guys are A+.

A+ 5 Star service in Fort Lauderdale.
Compressor blown. Same as usual, I placed the call to these guys, they showed up as scheduled, worked professionally (IN INCLEMENT WEATHER I might add) and got the issue resolved promptly.

We had to have our old unit replaced very quickly. Prime Time Cooling was there to make it happen. Their outstanding personnel and efficient service was A+. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PRIME TIME COOLING FOR ALL YOUR A/C NEEDS. YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED.

Asiel Cabrera from Prime Time Cooling was the expert that came to my house today. He was a rock star, very nice, professional. He explained all my options. He was very respectful of my property, taking his shoes off as he came in and out.

The Prime Time Team did a great job on replacing my outside condenser and air handler. They came earlier than the scheduled time and went right to work.the gentlemen that did the job were nice and friendly. They even took care of disposing the old unit. They even took the time to explain to me the warranty details which come with the new install. Their customer service is top notch. And they even offer financing! My home is colder than it’s ever been thanks to the team at Prime Time Cooling.

Mr. Bambino came to my house and did measurements. We discussed the plans for our kitchen remodel. He was discouraging and offensive at times. He said I will receive an email with the cost to complete the project within ten business days. This was about four months ago. How unprofessional! I am not surprised though because he was speaking to me ina manner of he doesn't want to do the job.
