do our check up. And today we had Angelo clean and disinfect And sanitize the A/C ducts, also install UV light, and sanitized the ducts. And changed out our capacitor.

I do not recommend Filterbuy. They sent a technician who didn't know what he was doing to assess the issue. He was on the phone with his boss the whole time getting directions. The boss on the phone offered us a "holiday deal" which was insanely overpriced. They asked for a deposit, we were desperate, so we gave it to them. I felt a horrible feeling in my gut that we were being scammed. I research all night the issue with our AC and learned that we should be paying a quarter of the price for the repair. I called as soon as they opened the next morning and begged for our deposit back as we wouldn't be able to pay our mortgage if we continued the work with them. Thank you for giving it back as you must have known you were overcharging for your services and felt bad. A couple hours later I had the service completed by another company for less than $300. That should give you an idea as to what they were trying to charge me. Extremely disgusted in the boss who was trying to offer my husband and I a so called "deal".

They are overpricing their services. Consumers have a clear idea of how much is an installation by state. They think we don't know. They were far by 2000 in my simple 2tons new unit.

These company is great. I contacted them in the morning, Anthony gave me a quick over the phone estimate and had them in the afternoon done with the installation. I installed a UV light. Installation was fast. My tech Mark answer all the million questions I asked and was very polity and knowledgeable. Im a very happy customer. Thanks!

Got my new AC installed today. Workers were very polite and thorough and cleaned up after themselves. So far so good! Working great so far.

Great service. The guys worked fast and were very knowledgeable. They were nice and friendly and had an admirable amount of patience and an amazing attitude towards my kids. Best of all they left no trace of ever having been here. Overall, I would recommend this company for any HVAC needs.

They installed and outside unit and a pancake unit for 6k. The pancake unit is leaking water in my hall hall way a month later. The manager starts regurgitating his loop hole on why he's gonna charge me $200 to come fix a brand new unit that theu just installed. Not fair, not happy. Def don't recommend this company to any one.

My installation went great and they were able to replace my unit within 24 hours of the initial service call. Could not ask for better service.

I purchased an air conditioning unit from Filterbuy in June of 2024 and it has been working amazingly. I recently went to book a service maintenance visit from a Filterbuy worker but the company's insurance wasn't updated with my condo office so I ran into a glitch getting a maintenance worker to come when I was here. I reached out to a higher-up with the AC company and he called me as soon as he could and we sorted things out, so I will rebook my service call for November or so. Lesson is to make sure if you are in a condo or townhouse that requires updated insurance for an AC company to make a call, to check well before the maintenance guy arrives.

Service Tech was polite, thorough and professional. Called to let us know he was on the way.

The technician Angelo was very knowledgeable and such a nice honest person. He was clear in explaining everything to my understanding without pressuring me into anything. I really appreciate honesty and he was very honest with me. I highly recommend this company to anybody who needs A/C duct installation and cleaning. Great experience with this company. Ari kept me informed, Fred came and inspected the unit, quickly finding this issue and explaining it all, and John came out only a few days later to fix the issue. Have had several AC techs in my house and this is the only company I’d recommend.

Great experience getting my dryer vent cleaned by Filterbuy. Angelo was very professional, hardworking, and transparent with the entire service. I will certainly be using them again in the future to insure my dryer vent remains clear and safe.

Mr. Young, the specialist, was just that. Extremely professional, punctual and knowledgeable. He did a very thorough inspection and then proceeded to eliminate our problem. I would welcome him back anytime. He untangled a mess that the roofers made when they somehow tangled all the venting from my condo neighbors into my vent. Angelo was conscientious and meticulous in his service and didn't leave until he was positive that everything was in order. He and Filterbuy are superlative in their service and expertise

Installer arrived on time as scheduled. Pricing was excellent. Install was clean both inside and outside. Turnkey solution including permits. Would recommend FilterBuy (HVAC) ducts. They offer a full range of HVAC solutions - had ducts cleaned.New unit is on left on a hurricane pad. Photo on the right or below is new inside air handler.

Tech was on time, friendly and professional. He did a thorough assessment of my a/c system. There was no upsell pressure. Very pleased.
