These are people are true professionals. They show up on time, sending you a picture of the repairman when he is enroute. Prices and warranties are excellent. This is the reason I am a repeat customer.

Jason did an amazing job! He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. We really appreciated him taking the time to explain what the issue was and promptly fixing it. He was also very personable and we felt extremely comfortable having him in our home. He wore his mask the entire time and had his shoes covered. Overall we had a great experience, and we will be contacting him again for any other future issues!

Alex was prompt and was able to diagnose the problem with my freezer quickly. Sadly there are parts to replace, but he was able to do a temporary fix so the freezer will work. Today he fixed the motor and the freezer is working perfectly!

Don't use them! They scamming people! My refrigerator gets broken and I called them, technician said that it's need compressor replacement and gave me estimate $2600, the price for new refrigerator $3000! I called another company and technician just cleaned coils on the back just for $320!!! That's clear scam!

Around May 28, I had service completed to prepare my home for the summer heat and the upcoming winter season. The FilterBuy team was great to work with from scheduling service with Jennifer, promptly getting a Certificate of Insurance updated for my condo, and Mark the technician who arrived to service my ac. He cleared my drain line, inspected air handler and got the unit working, stayed to monitor to make sure everything was running properly. Highly recommend!

So happy I found this company! Very professional, thorough , and it’s always the customers decision. I had them come out and check my AC to see what needed to be done. The tech was here for almost 2 hours going through my entire system inside and out and taking pictures and reviewed everything with me. I reviewed the repair work as well as the cost for a new A/C and decided to get a new unit and I couldn’t be happier.
