Ryan did an incredible job at troubleshooting my a/c system. You can tell that he really enjoys his job and is very good at it!

Our technician was super nice and friendly. We needed him to reair our AC system, which he did. He was very happy to help out on little things that needed attention around the house that we didn't call on him to repair, like a sluggish drain, a loose faucet and he was able to tweak our toilet assembly which caused it to flush better. He did not charge us for the small extras. I was very impressed.

This water heater was in a very small closet and required a saw to trim the door frame to get it out. The guys worked very hard and did an excellent job. They were also polite and pleasant.

I’ve had the worst luck finding a good AC company. I have been so pleased so far with Lindstrom. My AC unit went out and I called that morning, and they kindly got me an appointment for that afternoon! I had Kevin as my tech and he was such a pleasure to deal with. He was very knowledgeable and kindly explained all the issues and what he would be doing. I have never had a previous company do this for me. Additionally, managers pop by to randomly check on their employees. One of the owners sent a message afterwards asking me about the service. I believe Lindstrom is not only professional and skilled, but something rarer, they actually care about their customers.

Craig was absolutely outstanding. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He went above and beyond during my HVAC maintenance visit, found a hidden moisture issue, cleaned it properly, and made sure I understood what was going on before leaving. I could immediately tell the difference in how my system was running afterward. I truly appreciated his patience, knowledge, and kindness. Thank you

Jeffrey the technician was amazing. He's the only reason you all qualify for any stars. Incredibly helpful, incredibly insightful, and oh so polite. What a pleasure to have in my home. Your online services?? Terrible. Customer care? Lackluster. I appreciate your insight, honesty and transparency Adora, but the online person, Oshane?? He was useless. Why offer me one time and then pick another time after you took 2 hours to reach back out to me about the availability? If I didn't call CC around 12 pm on the service day I would've never known when Jeffery the Great would be arriving. I sat home expecting a time window from 11-1 which is what was offered to me and what I accepted, but for whatever reason I was scheduled for 3-5 instead. Just to reiterate... no one ever reached out to me to tell me my time frame was 3-5. A time frame I never sought out. Just stupid. Jeffrey the amazing was impeccable though. Give him a raise. Or else.

The workers arrived very promptly and took only about 40 minutes from arrival to departure, even counting the time they went to the truck to get what was needed for the repair. They were friendly and courteous. I would recommend Lindstrom for plumbing repairs

Today I had a LINDSTROM technician do my yearly inspection. To start my day he showed up earlier than expected which started my day very well. As He went through different phases of the inspection. He explained each process and why he was doing it. I was very well informed and that was an amazing experience. I’ve always trusted
Lindstrom. They do what’s promise. I recommend them, they do Air Conditioning very well.

Lindstrom is our go to company for HVAC servicing and sales. We have purchased our deluxe air conditioning unit from them without haggling or extreme sales tactics (like some other companies). They were fair in price and outstanding in customer service. We also have our two air conditioning units serviced biannually. All of their techs are experts and friendly.

During these many years we have met many of your Service Technicians. However, today we met Brett, who is a technician that will always stand out as one of your best. He was possibly the best for his excellent knowledge and his courtesy. He also proved his knowledge of our needs by not rushing through the process. Our experience was a five-star rating of excellence.

Technician was wonderful as always! I found the added service offered of replacing an Algae Filter to be somewhat overpriced after viewing the product online at much lower cost. However, we are committed to maintaining our unit twice a year as we have since our purchase. As a retired couple, we would love Lindstrom to recognize long term customers such as us with additional periodic discounts. We refer all family and friends to Lindstrom for their excellent service.

The lady that I spoke to over the phone was able to locate and have an AC service technician come to my home within 2-3 hours and address the AC difficulties I was having! Expeditious service! The service tech., was excellent in determining the problem and putting together a plan to address my AC breakdown. Excellent service!!

Dennis was my technician from Lindstrom and he was an absolute delight to deal with. He explained what he was doing and kept me informed every step of the way. I am very pleased with the company and all its representatives from making my appointment through the actual repair. Lindstrom has its good reputation for a reason. They have earned it.

We have been customers of Lindstrom for a long time. There service is very good. Servicemen are very well trained, knowledgeable and courteous. I pay a reasonable price for a yearly contract which covers air conditionin unit, it includes 2 maintenance appts and if we have a problem with the unit, we call and they are here. Highly recommend Lindstrom

I got tired of low quality work with ECM, Wanted a Professional A/C company. I’ve heard about Lindstrom Air and they checked out with lots of good reviews.
18 months ago they service my AC (Tune-Up). Did a nice job. We found a couple of issues left from ECM which they fixed. Those first 2 visits were different techs, both were very good. Now we just had the 3rd visit. David did a wonderful job, diagnosing and servicing many issues. Some was wear and tear, and some was more terrible deteriorating hack work left over from ECM. We are now all set and we spent half the money ECM would have charged. But, most importantly, David did it correctly!

Christopher Alvarez has to be one of the best techs we've ever worked with. Not only did he help me understand how the issue occurred, but he also took the time to modify one of the pipes in our unit so that we could see if a clog would occur in the future. He explained what we can do to prevent this and also helped give us some tips that should reduce strain on the system and save us money in the future. I'm not sure if he's a supervisor or manager or something like that, but please take notes, this is the guy who should be training new people or running the crew or the whole show at that!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Lindstrom team this past weekend. Even though it was late on a Saturday, their technician Alvin showed up right on time and was incredibly professional and thorough. He didn’t rush at all, even though it was the end of the day, and he made sure everything was in perfect working order. In fact, he did such a great job that I went ahead and signed up for their yearly maintenance plan. Alvin even got me scheduled for early June, which gives me a lot of peace of mind.

Overall, I’m really impressed and grateful for the excellent service. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone. Thanks again, Alvin and the Lindstrom team!

Also shared what products I should use to keep up with the maintenance. Lindstrom will be my go to AC service spot! This is an outstanding company. We needed to replace our HVAC system and had several companies provide inspections and pricing. John with Lindstrom performed a thorough inspection and analysis of our homes heating and cooling needs along with a fair price for a high quality system. The techs that performed the installation were highly skilled professionals. Lindstrom exceeded our expectations. A great experience from start to finish.

10 stars for technician Nate!!! He delivered outstanding service this morning! Extremely courteous, attentive, timely and efficient. Even down to wiping what wasn't even but a couple of drops of water just to make sure my mom wouldn't slip or leave a mess behind. Hands down, Nate is an asset to Lindstrom. I have been a Lindstrom client for approximately 15 years and highly recommend them! From service on my old AC unit that lasted me 18 years, thanks to Lindstrom TO maintenance checks on my new AC unit that is almost 2 years old and kicking like a brand new unit (both AC blowing cold and heat for recent 30° weather we had)
