One Construction & Roofing Contractors recently did a new roof installation on my home. They did a great job at a very reasonable price. The project from start to finish was only a few days.

I can not say enough great things about One Construction. From start to finish. Sales, estimate, completion and cleanup they were fabulous. On top of doing the great work they were several thousand below my 3 other quotes! They included 6 sheets of plywood where others include only 2 or 3. They also acknowledged that I had a double roof to remove and did NOT charge additional for that like other do.

I had One Construction and Roofing Contractors replace two roofs this summer and I am completely satisfied and happy that I chose them to do the work. Evandro is a pleasure to work with and was always easy to get a hold of to answer any questions that I had. They do quality roof installations, and I was equally impressed with how thorough the cleanup process was. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

One Construction replaced my roof last week. They had the best price out of 5 bids. Signed the contract and work started in 3 days. One day for tear off and underlayment and one day for shingles. Left everything very clean, and are very professional. I have 35 years of experience in property maintenance and management. It doesn't get any better then this. Solid work.

When I called, Evandro responded quickly came out the next day and gave me what I felt was a very fair quote for a roof replacement on a 1500sq ft house. He briefed me on the process and what to expect. Let me put it this way, they may not have the flashiest trucks or fancy uniforms but this crew was just outstanding from beginning to end. It was absolutely the hottest it could be but they knocked out my roof in no time. A very focused and determined crew. I was impressed. There was one issue and Evandro took care of it immediately. When your insurance company threatens to drop your coverage due to the age of your roof, it can be incredibly stressful. With so many contractors reaching out, the process quickly become overwhelming. Evandro is extremely patient and understanding throughout the entire experience. He walks you through the process and provides straightforward, honest guidance—even when the answer isnt what you want to hear. He doesnt sugar coat the truth to make a sale! From start to finish, One Construction was amazing.

They had the most competitive pricing and the best communication out of any of the other companies we had out for an estimate. They made the entire process very easy, and never hesitated to spend as much time as needed to answer any questions throughout the project.

They staged their trailer and materials two days before beginning. Come Monday, the crew was tearing off the old roof right at 7am. Inspections passed first time and it only took one more day to put the new roof on. Four days total from the time they began removing the old roof until the new roof was completed. And that's only because two of those days were for two separate inspections. Incredibly fast and efficient work.

The team was VERY thorough when it came to cleaning. I lost count how many times I saw them with magnets and buckets picking up as they went. They were respectful of my property as if it was their own.

Punctual, professional, and polite. I've already referred two other friends to One Construction. If you're reading these reviews and considering a roof, I can assure you this is the right company to go with.

We needed an estimate for a SWR and roof install.

One Construction actually came to our house went up on the roof and inspected the current roof. After the inspection we talked. He saw an area that needed attention (a crickett) we did not even have to tell him. That was huge!! Very impressed with honesty. (We did have two other roofers give us a quote. They did not come to physically look at the roof it was all done via satellite I wonder if they would have seen the area that needed attention before hand, it was not in their quote).
One Construction physically saw it and told us up front what it might cost in addition to the new roof and SWR). No surprises. One Construction made a huge impact with their physical inspection, their quote was (very reasonable while staying competitive) and their workmanship was beautiful.
One Construction had seperate crews to do the different aspects of the entire roofing process. We had the roof done during the Thanksgiving holiday and it was possible that the work would be done the Monday after the Thanksgiving holiday. Well it was done the Wednesday before the holiday a surprise for us all!
One Construction gave us a punch sheet with our responsibilites as the homeowners, no surprises.

One Construction cleaned up beautifully and once again the workmanship was wonderful.
We inspected it ourselves and had been very impressed. Whenever we had questions or concerns One Contruction answered. It was not a bother to them. Communication was great between One Construction and the homeowners which is so vital!

We decided on One Construction after getting four estimates. Evandro, the Project Manager, was the only person to actually get a ladder out and walk my roof to see it for himself. The other companies only sent me emails with estimates and one company came out, but never went on the roof. I found his attention to detail and explanation of our different options to be superior to the competition so we decided to go with them. I have to say throughout the process he was very communicative and answered any questions and concerns I had. He made it clear that he has his phone on him 24/7 and that I can contact him anytime with any concerns, which I did on several occasions and he always got right back to me. This was pretty impressive. He explained the process, the timeline of the entire job and each stage of the job. There were no delays throughout the process. He did say if the weather was bad one day they wouldn’t be able to work but we got lucky that week with great weather. Their workers came out and really busted hump. I was impressed with their work ethic. From the tear off, paper (peel & stick) and drip edge/flashing crew to the metal crew to the clean up crew, all these guys really worked hard and too pride in their work. They even came back to my property on several occasions with little magnetic sweepers to ensure they got all loose screws and cuttings removed from my property. Not sure if all roofing companies are to this detail, but I was impressed by this as two of the visits were after I made final payment and the deal was complete. I would recommend One Construction & Roofing to anyone who asks me for a roofing company reference. These guys do a good job and are a local business we can feel good about supporting.

I used this company to replace my roof and not only was the price amazing, but it came with outstanding and professional service. Their communication throught the entire project was great. They always answered if I called and they were very personable. If I was unsure about anything they had no problem explain and working with me. Once I decided to go for it the replacement jappe Ed very quick and I am more then pleased with the outcome. My roof has been installed for several months now and I have not had any problems. I would highly recommend this company for any roof repairs or replacements.

I had them come out and price a complete tear off and reroof for my home that I’d recently purchased. Not only did they give a fair estimate for the work (actually lower than 3 other estimates I received), but they were quick to the job site each day and very responsive.
