Gave 5 Stars but always remember there is always room for improvement. One did exactly what they said they would do. Kept to the time line that they gave. We’re not disruptive during the entire reroof. Left us with a beautiful roof. Clean up was better than what others said about different companies. Glad we selected them. Feel like we made the right choice.

I had to get a new roof due to insurance purposes.I received 3 estimates and Evandro was the only one that noticed I had minor leak. So needless to say, I went with One Construction. They did a wonderful job from beginning to end including cleanup. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you!

I don't do reviews but felt One Construction truly deserved a review. First of all, a rep came to my house, assessed the roof, sat down and had a conversation with me. I did not feel pressured toward any particular roof type, color or timing. I was educated on the different types of roofs available with comparable prices and given the info so I could take my time deciding. They were very patient with my many questions. I was concerned about the expected rain and before I called, I received a call assuring me they were watching the weather also and would post pone removing old roof avoiding possibly exposing what's under shingle to rain. They were on time each day, the yard was left immaculate each day also. I have a garden and potted plants close to house in the back and they made sure they were not damaged. Any time I called, I spoke with someone. They even replaced the pipes covering I recently had done with an enclosure process to make me feel comfortable. They worked very cohesive as a team.One Construction provided the type of customer service that's very hard to experience these day. They are truly a top notch, A1 company!

I recently needed to install a new roof on my house. I requested quotes from the top four roofing companies in my area, and decided to hire One Construction and Roofing company. I have no regrets for my decision but praises for this company. They were quick to respond to my request, and had continuous communication during permitting and construction. The crew that worked on my house was very hard working, polite, and didn’t stop when we had freezing temperatures this February. They finished the roof on time, doing an excellent job using best quality materials, and at the best price from the four quotes I received. I was also impressed by the thorough cleaning of the debris, and the cleaning of nails. They cleaned the nails and did a magnetic sweep of the house perimeter at three different times! I recommend this company to anyone who needs a new roof.
