As a homeowner, I tend to get very attached
to my home. It has become my safe space and
where I recharge both mentally and physically. I hired Garcia and Sons to renovate the entryway to my family room and my
kitchen because I trusted them. I picked them out of 3 even though
they were more expensive. I didn’t want to go cheap and end up with a mess that would cost more to repair later on. Miguel was my guy from the start. Even after a short disagreement we were able to reestablish trust, and we have never been better since. One of the things that I admire about him and his company is their willingness to
fix minor imperfections to make us happy. I was looking forward to uploading a picture here to show the incredible work, but that option is not available. I hired them again for my mom’s kitchen project. Thank you, Miguel!

We hired them after having a repipe of home done for drywall repairs and painting. I can’t even tell there were holes in wall from plumbing replacement. I had a great experience from beginning to end. I re-did my front porch tiles, changed front door and added a railing to close out my porch. Luis came to my home, an estimate was provided fairly quickly and communication was always present throughout the project. Carlos, who did the project, was collaborative and showed up on time, daily. Very happy with the quality of work and customer service. Will definitely re-hire for other projects!

I had a great experience with Garcia and Sons. After a water damage the whole house was destroyed. They replaced the floor and repaired drywalls. All the staff is amazing. Miguel played a key role, he followed works even when I was out of the country.

We had an extensive stucco restoration. Preparing a good moisture barrier and restoring old moisture damage. It was challenging, but the crew did a top rate job that ended up looking perfect, too. Some tiling was also involved and we are SO pleased we wish the area was larger! We're protected from severe weather now and resting easy. That is big!

Miguel and his team did an excellent job renovating a 5 bedroom house in 2 months! They are the hardest workers around. There were guys working Monday-Saturday even late into the night. I asked for it to be done within 3 months because we had to move in and they met that deadline a month early. They completely renovated our kitchen, bathrooms, floors, even skimmed the ceiling in that short amount of time. Miguel is super knowledgeable about everything in construction. He does everything to perfection and he is a rare contractor that actually answers the phone and calls/texts back same day. Can’t say enough good things about them. Will definitely be using them in the future and now I recommend them to all my friends and family. I got quotes from 3 other contractors and I am glad I went with Garcia and Sons.

Have to give them a five star rating because you can’t give any higher. Louis came out and listen to what my wife needed for new doors on our laundry room. He took measurements and got back to us with a good price on the job. They installed all frame work and doors also did all the finishing work except painting that my wife wanted to do herself. Just wish that we had used the the first time we had it done.

Garcia and Sons Construction has been among one of the best General Contractors I’ve ever had, I’ve had a complete kitchen remodel to be done as the one I have at my house is outdated. Jason the receptionist was really nice and professional when I made the initial call, luis was the one that came out to do the estimate and was very knowledgeable and respectful and Miguel was very responsive and helpful while coordinating during the job. The workers were efficient and hard workers and I couldn’t ask for me from this company!

Garcia and sons are terrific. Miguel and his crew are top notch pros. Total communication and they will answer all concerns and questions. All work on my remodel was top notch. Thank you Miguel, Johan and Omar for a terrific job, These guys are honest, diligent and hard working fellas.

After years of walking into friends and families home seeing how much interior styling has progressed I caved in. Thanks to Garcia and Sons my Kitchen and bathrooms are no longer outdated and look better than i’d ever imagined. Make no mistake when considering a hefty remodel such as this. I did have a budget however when seeing the professionalism and operations of this company I had 0 doubts going forward. If you want a job done right and at a fair price in Florida look no further!!! Have never been happier when it comes to my experience with a business. Great staff, great communication, great work and timely work… what more can you ask for?

This March me and my wife purchase our first house.We are from New Jersey and didn’t have any contractors in mind.we interviewed three contractors the same day as the closing all of whom had good reviews and no complaints with the state to do a whole home renovation.Luis from Garcia came out and we went over everything we wanted.we also went over what I expected from a contractor as far as job performance,showing up to do the job and coordinating.Luis got back to me the next day with a financial estimate and a time frame to begin and finish.The following Monday while I was in New Jersey 3 Garcia trucks where at my house at 8 am to start my demo.I came down 3 days after they started work and I can tell they were working.I new they were there from my outside camera but what I saw on the inside is that they were working all day.After the demo I was introduced to Miguel .Me ,Luis and Miguel navigated the whole process of a home renovation.From new tile ,new bathroom ,new quartz countertops refinishing kitchen and bathroom cabinets,new paint,electrical work.All this was done even with us changing some items and adding more work.I was here for the whole renovation to ensure every step.The workers that were at my place where on time and worked all day.They were respectful ,no attitude even when we made different changes .They had sub contractors to do the installation of the quartz countertops in all my rooms,you would never know the cabinets in the house were refinished in the house there wasn’t a drop of paint anywhere.The shower glass company they used did an incredible job.The coordination of the project went smooth !I have family in Florida and heard horror stories about contractors not showing up and disappearing for weeks.There were no extra charges that weren’t warranted and everything was put in writing,extremely transparent.I had a 6 wk time frame to finish the job.So if you want a quality job done in a reasonable timeframe call García and sons.I will definitely use them again if I renovated another house.

Garcia and sons are the best contractor I’ve worked with they are adding a cabana bathroom in my backyard by the pool. They always show up on time and do what they say there going to do. There workers are very respectful and professional. Thank you guys for the great work!

Garcia & Sons is the BEST! I couldn’t be more pleased with the job they did installing an electric fireplace in my living room. Miguel managed the project and he was clear in his communication, was very organized, polite and professional. He assured me it would only take 4 days…I was skeptical after having a lot of experience working with other construction companies who said they’d finish in a certain time, yet it always seemed to drag on for weeks. Miguel told me what his crew would be doing each day, and he was 100% accurate. They finished in 4 days, and it was a great experience! The crew were all respectful of my property, polite, and left the area clean before leaving my house each day. They framed out the wall, dry walled, and did a beautiful job on the tile work on the floor and surrounding the fireplace. I didn’t have to worry about finding my own electrician, Miguel had it all covered. He worked so hard to ensure my project would be completed in time for a celebration I was hosting in my home. I loved seeing my living room transformed into a cozy environment, and I’ve received so many compliments on the job they did. I have other construction projects I’d like to complete in the near future, and I will definitely be calling Garcia & Sons. They are my go-to construction crew from now on!

After my master bathroom received substantial water damage, I contacted several construction companies for estimates at repairing the damage. Garcia and Sons Construction LLC was one of them and Luis Quinteros was on-site within 24 hours of me calling providing me a detailed quote. He asked specific questions to understand my goals and he was also available every step of the way to answer any questions that I had.

Johan was sent out to re-tile the bathroom and he meticulously made sure every tile was cut and set perfectly. His dedication to quality truly shows as the final result is beautiful!

I contacted Garcia and Sons Construction to do our guest bath remodel. From beginning to end, our experience with them was top notch. Everyone involved - Luis scoping and estimating, Miguel managing the job, Johan taking lead on the actual work - was excellent. Their communication is great. Garcia and Sons removed popcorn ceiling and replaced with a knockdown texture. They did an excellent job, were efficient and promptly returned to address a few minor cosmetic issues I asked them to work on. They left the place remarkably clean given how messy the job is to do.

After I saw how well they worked, I contracted them to install crown molding around all the same rooms they had done the knockdown texture work. Again, they did not disappoint.
