I reached out to Excel Electric to get a 240 V Outlet, on a 50 AMP, installed since my wife and I are awaiting our Tesla so I could charge at home. Casey came by and checked it out, and also suggested a surge protector. He came back in 2 days and installed both seamlessly. He was really personable too. I think we probably spoke the entire time he was installing haha but nonetheless great people and great service.

Victor was amazing! He explained the different smoke detectors vs. Carbon monoxide and smoke detectors. I needed a total of 7. He was patient as I asked several questions, he was professional and personable. He cleaned up after himself. I cannot recommend Excel and Victor highly enough. Karen on the phone was responsive and delightful. Prices were fair! I came across Excel by reading Google reviews and hope I can help spread the word how wonderful this experience was!

Excel maintains my 2023 Briggs & Stratton generator that had error codes & stopped exercising. As with other reviews, the visit began by Victor charging a diagnosis fee. He discovered the errors were from a bad part that B&S had recalled and was fully covered for parts & service. Victor reversed my fee before he finished fixing it. B&S paid for it. Victor fixed the problem in 1 visit. Same-day service was terrific.

We hired Excel to install a full home generator. The people at Excel are smart and extremely organized. The process from the initial call requesting an appointment to price up the new generator through certifying the job and passing the final inspection with Martin County was seemless. Unlike many other companies in business today - Excel prides themselves on being the best - and they actually follow through with that commitment. I cannot recommend them enough!

So far they are very professional and prompt. They are going to install a generator and will be done in 2 months. They seem to know their business.
They completed the installation and we had a problem with propane tank they discovered and did all the things needed to get it corrected. They were very patient and had to come back a few times till the propane company did the repair and we’re still very accommodating and we got the job done. I could not be happier with the service I received today. I recently moved into an older home and needed some outlets swapped so I could do laundry. I called around 10am and they scheduled someone to come out same day between 2-4. I received a call around 1 that my technician was early and could be at my home around 1:30. Perfect!! He arrived at 1:30 on the dot. He looked at the job needed, quoted me an extremely reasonable price, and was able to complete the job on the spot. the Job took maybe 30minutes. I was expecting a return visit for the actual work to be done (ordering parts etc) but everything was handled the same day. My technician, Bud, was a complete gentleman and took care of everything with a smile! I will definitely be using this company in the future! Thank you!!!

Excel has been top notch from the first call to get help all the way to the finished product. The office was very responsive and worked with us to get an appointment that worked for us. Casey the electrician, did excellent work, listened to what we wanted and offered excellent suggestions. He was also very pleasant to work with

Casey and Joe arrived on time and were very knowledgeable. I needed multiple things worked on and they did an excellent job. Also very personable, which is important to me. I will call this company again and joined the Preferred Service Membership which is worth the money.

Had a great experience from making an appt all the way to getting the job done. Bud came out, looked at what we needed and gave us an estimate. My wife and I discussed it and made our decision. Bud and Ty showed up on time and did everything they said and a little more. We were very impressed with there work and are very satisfied with it. Everything worked great and we greatly appreciated them.

I called them after another local electrician company gave me an astronomical price to fix issues after 2 hours of troubleshooting and getting charged $300 for nothing(not offering a solution other than giving a quote for thousands of dollars to fix it in weeks!!). Decided to get second opinion. Excel electronic came and Bud sounded confident. They charged $350 but they got it all diagnosed and fixed. I think it is a good value. Before you settle with another electrician give Excel a try. I think they are honest and know what they are doing.

Excel installed my Generac and other work. Jeff and Victor are very good technicians answered all my questions and didn't rush getting the work done. I would recommend Excel to anyone

Our experience with Excel Electric was phenomenal from start to finish! I called to make an appointment and Karen was very helpful and friendly on the phone. She was able to send a technician to my home the next day to diagnose our electrical issue. Our technician, Casey, was honest, knowledgeable, and very professional. He located the issue and to our suprise, he was able to fix it the same day!! Casey really saved us!!

Excel Electric does great work at an affordable price with top notch customer service. We had some additional lighting added to our home and also replaced a few celing fans and updated all the outlets. George and his team worked quickly and efficiently and gave us the peace of mind that the job was done right. This is the second time I’ve used Excel , Mike was the service technician who came to my house. He was outstanding, very fair very professional. Gave me an estimate. That was below other estimates, and I usually do not take the lowest, but he seemed very knowledgeable on what he needed to do set up an appointment got here the day of the appointment on time. Did the job had it inspected past I could not be happier with his company. I’ve been in people business for 33 years and this is a great company.

I needed to replace my gas lines to my generator. It was a big job. There’s a lot of digging Victor and his team spend about five hours installing a new gas line. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up after themselves. My generator is now getting the right amount of gas and it’s running perfectly. The company is very responsive and they do what they promise. I highly recommend to everyone who needs any work done they offer.
