Pretty scary to witness the road rage of this guy or one of his employees while driving in Port St. Lucie on 11/3/2023. This picture was taken while he was tailgating a young woman (flipping her off) in an apparent road rage. I would not even consider this until there is some anger management - glad he has a white truck with R. Thompson Electric in huge letters on the side of it. Get some help and clean up your act!

This guy cannot put wires together to save his life. Came to my house and relocated the transfer switch incorrectly. Backup Generator didn't work for 8 months didn't have a generator during Hurricane Irma and after paying over 5k in company's trying to fix and 1 that actually fixed he refused to reimburse. Stay away from this Port St. Lucie "LOCAL ",,,,,NOTHING BUT ANOTHER SOUTH FLORIDA CROOKED CONTRACTOR. If it wasn't for the fact Im so busy actually helping people you would have already lost your license . Do the right thing and return the money you stole from me and my family. In the meantime consider this my declaration!!!

R Thompson Electric installed an electrical outlet for me. He did a good job, was clean, and polite. I have used their service before and have recommended them t others.

Hired them after owner came and reviewed scope of work and accepted the detailed estimate in full without any negotiation. Job was scheduled 2 weeks in advance based upon their availability. When technician arrived, only completed a small part of work and did not bring enough staff to complete install of heavy chandelier even though it was detailed on original estimate. Technician said office to not fully communicate the scope of work. Office manager was very unprofessional when we called after partial install. Was very defensive and said “I guess I’m responsible for all the mistakes here!” She said she would have the owner call me to reschedule. Owner has never called. I sent two emails over the course of two weeks asking when the owner was going to call me. Then over the phone, she again said the owner would call me. Of course, he has not. Then she had the nerve to schedule the balance of the work even though the owner has never called. I would avoid this company.

Round 2 included adding daylight to an over dark and dated garage. Wow what a difference!!!
