Professional. Received a text when the service agent was headed our way. He diagnosed and repaired our issue in about 15 minutes. Paid and received an invoice almost immediately. Then received a “thank you” from the office. It’s so easy to be in touch these days….nice to see a good company putting technology to good use!

The time from original call requesting service call to actual time of service call was awesome, especially since I am a new customer! Sam was excellent! Fixed the problem within an hour!!! I will definitely recommend Comfort Control to my friends and family!!!

The tech Sam was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and caring. Very neat and respectful. He did explain to me what was wrong and what was done to fix the problem. He even indicated that he had looked up the history on this unit since installation. He cared.

I then called into the office and talked to the girl that answered the phone. In spite of the fact that she was just answering the phone because the office was closed she was willing to talk to me and explain about the service contract and answer some additional questions I had.

Kevin is an awesome technician. Over the years we have had several different service people but Kevin is very good and has been consistently on the mark.

This whole company is one of the best. Sam helped us when we reeeeally needed it. We had a strange problem with our AC that kept reoccurring and he finally figured out what was happening. This company is amazing. High quality work, very respectful, and very knowledgeable.

The service at Comfort Control of St Lucie is excellent and Sam who serviced my house was wonderful… very polite and knowledgeable and very helpful. Noah was also very nice who came once. All the people in the office are helpful and courteous and their phones are open 24 hours for peace of mind. I highly recommend this company.

Had my first contract inspection today. Sam C. was another technician, well informed and knowledgeable. He took his time and reviewed with me what was performed, stating system looks good.

Second inspection performed, Kevin did an excellent job with inspection and new install of UV light in fan box to control any mold/algae, was wise investment. He is knowledgeable and dedicated to custom appreciation and satisfaction.

First annual inspection of 2026, Technician was Ryan G, and again did an amazing job. Friendly, professional & clean. He went over inspection, updated me on U.V System and flushed AC drain to ensure clear. Great service.

Your person who came yesterday was wonderful. He was very courteous and professional and did the job very well thank you for sending someone to help to keep my air conditioner in tiptop shape.
