Great experience recently with A/C Doctors! Called the local office in Port St. Lucie and spoke to Rachel. She set up a evaluation/estimate for the following day. David came by and quickly estimated the situation and gave my a very fair quote. Had my new system the next week. Install guys were Great, they worked very hard! Would recommend them highly.

Great prompt service. Pool heater is fixed for my grandchildren. The technician, David, was very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend them!

I called AC Doctor’s and they scheduled me quickly, sending a technician out within just a few hours. The technician was straightforward, offered a fair and reasonable price, and completed the work efficiently. No games, no gimmicks, just honest service and getting the job done right.

I called with a problem and they were able to get here almost immediately when no one else could. New unit ordered, they left a portable while waiting for the replacement. They got the replacement unit in 2 days and on Friday when they received the replacement, it got installed. Very happy customers who feel like we were treated like family.

A/C Doctors were nothing short of AMAZING, they gave me the best quotes and did extra such as painting the closet where they placed the unit. I was so happy that I called them for their services. They were prompt and exceeded my expectations!

I had a father-son duo at my home to fix my AC, which has broken three times since it was purchased from Elite Air less than five years ago. After getting fed up with their ridiculous charges although they were the ones who installed it, I found A/C Doctors. They care, work hard, and are honorable. So here's to the two Dave's, father and son. A perfect combination.

I 100% recommend this Company they are respectful, timely, professional, reliable and not to mention AFFORDABLE. My AC had a problem and got stuck in short cycling because of that it keeps turning on and off. I was worried about getting ripped off from an AC company I used in the past (I’m new to the area) so I went to my friends on Facebook to get some recommendations on reliable and affordable AC Companies. I saw multiple persons mentioning AC Doctors so I said let me give them a try (so glad I did). I spoke to Rachel (I hope that’s how she spells her name ) on the phone and she sent out Frank (Ac Technician) the following morning. Frank is so knowledgeable and professional. He quickly knew what the problem was from observing the Ac Unit. Turns out my fan blower module was bad, he gave a more than reasonable price to replace it and he did replace it within the hour. After replacing the part he showed me what he replace and explained what could cause the part(fan blower module ) to have failed. He also went above and beyond to check that my coils, ac filters and compressor was in good shape. Great company and Affordable!

Great company! No panic hard sell of upgrades or parts, just honest work and Great follow up by Rachel at the headquarters! While I know my unit will not last forever, these good people will help limp her along as long as possible. Worth the maintenance package, Highly recommend!

What can I say,great experience.
Noticed a problem with my AC unit on Tuesday late afternoon. I called and spoke to Rachel and she had a crew to me the next morning.
Nicholas,the lead tech and his assistant Joe called me on their way. When they arrived they were well mannered, professional and knowledgeable. They gave my system a complete look over.They diagnosed the problem in less than 30 minutes.
Rachel sent me a quote with two options within minutes.
The guys returned within a few hours with the parts and completed the job.
I did not have a reliable and fair AC vendor before this, but now I do.
They are a well oiled machine.
Rachel is so nice and was so prompt in her attention to our quote and repair.

Cody the technician was very good. I have strong concerns about the company and how it operates. I had received an email regarding a plumbing special for clearing pipe problems. My garbage disposal wasn’t working and I was having drainage issues in my second bathroom shower. I called the office a scheduled an appointment for the following morning at 9AM. I need to mention when I called to schedule the appointment the office staff was unaware of any special offer. I had to read them the email I received and the had to call their corporate office to confirm their was a special. Now we get to the of service Nine o’clock passes and I patiently waited well when it got to 11 AM I called their to see what was happening and where the technician was coming. Again the office staff was unaware of the special offer and regarding the technician said he got tied up and would be st my house by noon. That time came and went. I once again called the office angry. They were unaware of the special offer offer said the tech would be at my house shortly. Well Cody showed up at 1Pm. He apologized saying his truck was in the garage for repairs since yesterday and was available until noon today. He had to ick up his truck a town away from my house. When I told him about the special he was unaware and needed to confirm the offer. When he called his office the agent told him they were unaware of special. They were more concerned about how I was paying I needed to show them the email I received regarding the special. Cody was Efficient and did a good job. They gave me the special price This kind of service is not acceptable and I will not be doing business with them again. Ineffective management practices. Office staff unaware of promotional offers and availability of their technical staff.

William came out to service our AC unit when it unexpectedly stopped running & he did an extremely thorough inspection. Not only did he find what was causing our unit to shut down, but he also made us aware of other issues that would need to be treated. He explained everything in detail, and it was very clear that he has many years of experience.

I was initially impressed with the ease of scheduling online and the customer service rep I talked to was very pleasant. Sadly, the rest of the experience was less than impressive. They never showed up for the 1st appointment. I called them inquiring as to why they had not showed up and then I was told the tech was called for an emergency. I was understanding and rescheduled for a week later. Again, no one showed up. I called again and was told the tech was running behind. The tenant waited over 5 hours total and no one ever showed up or called to let anyone know what was going on. Only communication was when I called them. Communication is key in all service industries. I won't be calling them again for any services.

I had scheduled an appointment with Elite for a service call for one of the properties my company manages, and just before the schedule time, I received a call notifying me that they had to cancel. My tenant that missed work so she could be home, held me responsible for Elite's negligence. It seems that after 35 years in the business, they still have difficulties with communications withing the company. Very amateurish and unprofessional. I cannot recommend a company that operates with such disregard for their customers. Do yourself a favor and find a more reliable and professional service.

Tech arrived on time, was extremely courteous and pleasant. He worked quickly and efficiently and was very helpful in answering any questions I had. Mr. Hernandez is a great asset to Elite and I highly recommend him and the company.

My technician Dennis R was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He provided outstanding service and is a credit to the company. I was impressed enough to sign up for their club membership for annual service.

The technician, Marvin, was on time a s was very courteous. He took the time to explain to me everything that he was going to do and kept me informed during the process. My AC unit is running great and I’m so happy that I signed up for their service program to keep my unit running well beyond this hot Florida summer.

Overall great experience, even with the not so great moments, which is expected at any company. I can honestly say they stand by customer satisfaction! Kennard has been the saving grace! Very knowledgeable in the field and provide recommendations that you're comfortable with trusting.

Robert Pugliese and Varrick Harris of Elite Electric, Plumbing and Air worked as a team on the replacement of our hot water heater. Varrick is the electrician and Robert is the plumber. They dis a great job together! The old tank had to be removed before the necessary electrical work could commence, so they had to swap work as the job went on. It was a pleasure to watch these guys do such nice work! They were knowledgeable, very competent, friendly and personable. My wife and I felt fortunate to have these fellows here. They rock and so does Elite Electric, Plumbing and Air.........this is the place to choose!
