The Comfort Cool team showed up on time, were extremely competent, and we are thrilled with our new central A/C system, ready for a very hot summer!!

Ryan, certified technician, did a wonderful job! 5 stars for excellent! Knowledgeable about air conditioning. He was able to get the unit up as running again and also answered all of questions.

Sam was our technician today. He was very professional and friendly and very knowledgeable.
We will ask for him when we have our next maintenance.

I’m not the type to post negavite reviews, this is my first one. The initial install was a good experience and we were happy. However, a little after a year of having the new unit it iced up on us the day we brought our newborn daughter home in the heat of the summer. They were very difficult to reach and it was difficult to get someone out to help us. Someone finally came out to help us and he was less than enthused and not very friendly, I could tell he didn’t want to be out there on a Sunday. (I get it) but we had no AC with a newborn baby. We have a parts and labor warranty but they charged us almost 2 hundred dollars to come out and fix it because it was a “special service day” it’s not my fault my new unit decided to brake on Sunday. Why am I paying for something that has a labor warranty on? I even gave him a tip when he was done and he didn’t seem to appreciate it at all. Again not very nice. This was about one year ago but after finding a new company to deal with I will not be going back to AC doctors.

David Jr is incredible! He came back the day after our new a/c install to make sure we were happy with everything. He stayed for 4 hours making adjustments he thought were in our best interest. Needless to stay, I would not choose any other company to install a new a/c system. Out of 4 quotes, AC Doctors was not only the lowest price but David's sincerity and genuine nature sold us on AC Doctors. His followup confirmed our initial feeling. Don't go anywhere else!

It was a 60 day wait for the repair part so they replaced the entire compressor/condenser system with upgraded unit for free under ten year parts and labor warranty. They even loaned us a portable AC unit for the 5 days it took to get a compatible unit installed. Bought the original system from AC Doctors 4 years ago at a fair price and the support since has been great. Always fast to respond every time I call and had all my warranty info on file for no hassle repair. Highly recommend AC Doctors.

After we had issues with another service company, A/C Doctors went out of their way to provide service and get our unit running. They even came after hours without hesitation. The communication was outstanding and price more than fair. I highly recommend.

Our A/C stopped cooling. Was making awful sounds outside, no cool air inside. I had 4 other companies come by to diagnose the problem and give me quotes. All of them determined there is a huge leak in my evap coil, and I would need to get an entire new system for thousands of dollars. A/C Doctors was the only one to realise there was something else amiss, and to take the time and properly diagnose the issue. Turns out it was a plugged up valve. They fixed the valve for a fraction of the price of the other companies, and now my A/C is running ice cold.

If you need help with your A/C but don't know who to call, this is it, this is the company you are looking for. Knowledgeable, communicative, no nonsense service. 4 other companies got it wrong. A/C Doctors got it right.

I didn’t think they’d be open today as we have hurricane Milton on the way tonight, but they were, and came out super quickly to get me up and running. If I could give more than five stars I would! My AC unit was on the verge of quitting on me, and Dave came out to to look at the space and determine my needs. This was right between Christmas and New Year’s and since my unit was still working, it was not an emergency situation. They installed my new unit at a fair price right after New Year’s. Very personable, and cleaned up after themselves! All-around fantastic experience! Quality work and personable, professional people.
