We have used Elite Electric for many years and our experience has always been pleasant. They are always professional. The company is reliable and the maintenance program helps put us at ease. We know we can call and have a tech that will help and give good advice. We have known Kennard Ramdowe for a while, and he is great.

We will NEVER use this company again and I caution anyone else from using them either. They have serviced our unit for the past 2.5 years and we have spent countless dollars on things we didn’t need. Trying to charge people $5000 for a new compressor when others quoted us half of that and pushing an entirely new HVAC on a 4 year old home. Absolute clown behavior. On top of that, Luis was rude and spoke down to women to the point where we had to kick him out of our home. You all should be ashamed

Last night Richard Pastor came to out residence for a plumbing issue. Professional confident, amiable, very positive and a pleasure. He did a spectacular job. What a great employee to represent your company. I will call, when needed, and ask for him in the future. Thanks for serving us quickly.

The techs Jose and Mith were awesome. They did an excellent job installing the new unit and they work expeditiously to get it done. The work was very professional and they cleaned up after themselves. Another plus was they wore shoe covers when entering the house.

Luis was very thorough. He explained many things to me. His service was excellent. He was very kind and personable.

I was some experiencing some electrical issues in my home. James arrived and was super friendly, knowledgeable and just a super cool person. He was detailed with his and explanations of troubleshooting/resolution.

I would like to thank Tyler for going above and beyond to fix my A/C issue. My A/C was blowing hot air instead of cool. Tyler identified the issue right away. Thank you very being thorough and doing a great job!

Chris called and asked if he could come ahead of my scheduled time for my maintenance, and it actually worked out well for me. He was personable, kind and professional. I believe he did a good job. I am a member of Elite's service contract, so I cannot answer about the price I paid.

My experience with Elite has been absolutely wonderful. Robin Phillips has by far exceeded my expectations. He is the very best electrician I've had working on the many electrical problems at our home. His knowledge is incredible and so helpful. He explains everything in ways that I can understand and answers all my questions. He is so honest I feel very confident taking his suggestions because he makes me feel like he cares and is doing his very best to fix our issues and even make improvements. I am so glad I called Elite Electric! And I really think everyone else should!!

Needed an emergency service call on a Sunday of a holiday weekend. Elite sticker was on the inside of our fuse box so that’s who I called. Dispatch was very friendly and helpful and when I explained my time crunch as I was flying out, they got someone here by 10 in the morning. The problem was bigger than anticipated, but they provided me with a no obligation estimate and can do it sometime in the next week or two, which works as I am not going to be on premises. Very happy so far and look forward to a good repair. The emergency service charge was only $50 and that was credited on the estimate if I go with them which I most likely will.

STS Aviation hired Elite to address a clogged lines in our office and couldn’t have been more satisfied with the service. From the moment they arrived, the plumber was punctual, professional and prepared. Johnathan took the time to asses the situation throughly and quickly to resolve the issue. The clog was cleared efficiently and the area was left clean and tidy after the job was completed.Communication throughout the process was excellent and I felt confident that I was in good hands.

Had an entire new Electric Service Panel installed (big job not for a novice).

Old panel breakers, wiring and box were in extremely bad shape (had breaker failure and arcing).

Elite Electric was excellent - they handled all permitting, new equipment, removal, reinstallation and coordination with FP&L.

The Electrician named Robin was very professional, personable and incredibly knowledgeable of his Trade (I’d say he was a Master Electrician).

The finished job was at a standard which exceeded my expectations

I will absolutely use this company again and I highly recommend this company.

Nick did an awesome job. We explained the problem, he checked different possibilities as to what may be causing the problem,and did the repair in a timely fashion. Nick also cleaned up the work area. I would definitely call again. Thank you

Mike was very punctual and professional. Very knowledgeable about his craft, diagnosed and fixed the problem all in under two hours. Robert came out to our condo and was courteous and thorough in investigating the leak that we had in our lobby. It was tough to diagnose because it could theoretically have come from any unit directly above the leak location. He did a lot of deductive reasoning and came to a conclusion, and provided us resources to further resolve the issue. For an emergency weekend support call, the price was also very reasonable. We definitely call Elite again for our future needs.

James identified our issue quickly. He was respectful of the property and extremely professional and knowledgeable. He represents himself and the Elite brand with distinction.

They were very fast responding and solving my issue. Kody was knowledgeable. He was able to explain everything that was happening and guided us in our decision making. Im very pleased with the service and will recommend it.

Well Done...

I called Elite Electrical to help troubleshoot a smoke detector. I have no issues with the technician Matthew. He was very diligent in trying to get the device to work. Came to the conclusion that the smoke detector needs to be replaced.

I was waiting for the drum role ….. and I was stunned at the price…. $382 to replace a single smoke/CO (Carbon Monoxide) unit. The unit sells for about $65 and you just have to unscrew the old and screw in the new.

My opinion….service GREATLY over charged…. It says it all in the name ”Elite” with its elite prices.

Don’t waste your money with this company. I don’t recommend them…
….and I was charged a $49 visit charge
