My boyfriend and I love supporting small businesses and I hardly ever write bad reviews but what happened to us needs to be heard… My boyfriend had a scheduled appointment today 10/16/2023 with this company and they no called no showed and blocked him on Facebook. If they couldn’t or didn’t want to do the job they agreed upon, all they had to do was communicate. Instead blocking and no call/no show was their way of telling us they aren’t coming. The company did issue a refund for the deposit since PayPal was keeping the deposit required for supplies to do the job since PayPal was keeping it for 20 days. The deposit was still sent and he refunded which we appreciate since he didn’t show up so that’s about the only good thing. If the company still would have showed up he was going to be paid an additional $400 for the work but we will be taking our business elsewhere. The company said “we did the right thing by refunding” and that’s great we got our money back but he failed to inform us he canceled the job. I’ve been told “no money no business” but he had the deposit… when my boyfriend sent it through PayPal it was flagged as suspicious account. That’s not our fault. My boyfriend had set time aside for this company to come out and wanted for them to show up. The company never said they canceled the appointment and just stopped communicating and not answering their phone/messages. He lost out on other important things he could have done. I just wish this company would’ve given us the courtesy of telling us this job wasn’t going to work out or they couldn’t make it. Their actions were childish and uncalled for.

Had several plumbing issues to tackle moving into a house. The two young gentlemen came in and fixed it all. They were kind and polite and explained everything to me. They did an awesome job!! I recommend them for your plumbing needs!

If you're looking for a trustworthy plumbing company, this is the one. Extremely reasonable estimate over the phone and they arrived the same morning I made the call. I don't think they delayed the service at all and they made my issue feel like a priority. The workers were polite and professional the whole time. I called in for a main line clog but they said our line was clear and to call the county because it may be their fault. They thoughtfully left the sewer cleanout open when they left so we could use the bathroom and the sink. Overall I really appreciate that they didn't overcharge, take advantage of us, or make up a nonexistent issue. I would recommend this company to anyone experiencing a plumbing issue as long as this company continues to conduct their business in an honest, professional way (which they really seem to be doing based on other reviews)! Big thanks to the techs who came out today.

We always call the bearded plumber for our plumbing issues. They are there that same day. They are detailed when explaining the plumbing issue/s. We will always call them for our plumbing issues.

Can't speak highly enough! Give them a call and I'm confident they will solve your issues. I gave them a call as I was having trouble locating the exact spot of a leak causing water to come through grout in my tiles. They came out for free within a few hours and helped me determine my issue very quickly at no cost. Real standup company that is hard to come by these days! Timely, knowledgeable, reasonable, and honest!

Alex and Johnny were both friendly and professional. They clearly explained the problem and how it was resolved. We appreciated their promptness and efficiency in addressing our plumbing issue.

Tyler and Darrell were awesome! I really appreciated Tyler answering all my questions and educating me on the situation at hand as a preventative measure for the future. Both of them were clean, professional, kind and courteous. Traits that are not always found in this profession. I won't have any other company handle my plumbing needs; these guys are it!

Tom was awesome. Had an issue with our main drain line. I Called super late in the evening and he was out here within the hour and took care of it. Super fair pricing for how late it was. Highly recommend!

Woke up with no water in our house. Tom responded right away and fixed it within 20 minutes. He does what is right and normally with a great deal (sometimes free—he particularly has a great affinity for seniors and veterans). I would not trust my plumbing needs to anyone except the Bearded Plumber.

This morning I woke up to a full toilet that wouldn't drain AT ALL, and a sink with issues, too. I called at 8am, the tech was there by 9:15am, and everything was fixed and pretty before 10am. VERY impressed with how efficient, helpful and polite everyone was, from the guy on the phone to the plumber himself. Great work!

Tom is a great guy. His guys to do good work. I also appreciate a business that doesn't rip off veterans . I highly recommend.

Anthony and his team did an excellent job and went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of . We will definitely use them in the future if and when needed.

Anthony & Angel helped install a tricky fireplace insert - they were innovative in constructing a work-around to get the insert to mesh with the gas source. Very courteous and prompt - I appreciated their persistence in getting the fireplace operational!

Tom and David were great to work with. Tom immediately responded to our email with fast availability to come look at a leak between our home and the main water on the street. He sent David the very next day who was extremely respectful, knowledgeable and the best part was that he was friendly. He answered all of our questions and made sure the job was done right. He even worked through the crazy rain and when he had to stop for a small bit he kept us informed. I would 100% recommend these amazing plumbers for whatever plumbing needs you are looking for. Jake and David were excellent from start to finish. While on a cruise, I got a call from my house sitter (my grandmother) saying that there was a plumbing issue. Jake and David arrived within 2 hours and finished the job quickly and efficiently. Everything is back to working order. Thank you so much for getting everything fixed for us while we were away.

Jonathan came on time and went right to work. Cleaned our drains, they are draining great now. He cleaned everything up after himself. I can't say enough good things about Chris's and Jonathan.

Carlos did an excellent job repairing our garbage disposal, dishwasher, and sink today. I really appreciate that the receptionist told me about my charges and rates upfront. There were no surprises and he did an excellent job.

Professional services - Not cheap though - But promptly replaced Water heater with a new Rinnai Tankless water heater drilling new hole in the concrete wall to install a new PVC Vent as the old metal vent was not usable as per code. Sean did all the planning and is the technical expert but also must mention Baily & Chaz who worked really hard to get everything perfectly installed and up and running and hauled away the old tank water heater.

We had a water leak at the meter, it turned out our tree roots damaged pvc. Daniel and Billy arrived that morning and got us squared away and did a great job. It didnt coat and arm and leg either.

Our water heater was leaking so we knew it was time for a new one. Great install and very reasonable in price for a 40 gallon.

Needed some shut off values installed. Called Christ's Plumbing Service on Tuesday and they were able to come out the next day. Plumber, Mr. Cameron, was on time, preformed the work well, and the price was reasonable. Would use again.
