Kyle worked hard to make sure everything was done properly. I appreciated his attentiveness and feel confident that if I have any questions or issues in the future, he will be available to answer them.

We called Tropical Outdoor Solutions Inc to get an estimate. Daniel, was the individual who came out to the property, measured the job and said that they would email us the proposal. We received the proposal, TRUSTED THEM with the measurements and the additional supplies to get the job done. We hired them, and they did show up when they said they would. The job was completed in about 3 hours.
Two weeks after they had completed the job, I decided to print out the proposal for record keeping. I glanced once again at the project and realized that Daniel measured 50' feet as stated on the proposal. (Keep in mind, that we totally trusted their measurements). I just couldn't believe that 50' feet was accurate to my naked eye calculations. I decided to take measurements on my own, and noticed that they charged us an extra 20' feet of labor, materials, and time. I know that we are humans, and that mistakes do happen. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, I called Daniel, and pointed out the mistake of charging us an extra 20' feet. I have requested Daniel to acknowledge the overcharge and make it right, by refunding us the difference of the 20' feet.
If they had been an HONEST COMPANY, AND SMART WITH THEIR DECISIONS, they would have done the right thing and refunded the overcharge. Now I am writing this REVIEW AGAINST THEM.
This will cost their BUSINESS REVENUE HARM, more in the long run... What goes around, comes around.
Please, STAY AWAY from TROPICAL OUTDOOR SOLUTIONS AND DO BUSINESS WITH OTHER COMPANIES. Unless you want TO DEAL WITH CHEATS & AN UNETHICAL COMPANY !!!
By the way, we talked with the owner Kyle Hudgens and all he wanted to do was to justify their wrong doing, being defensive, and arguing with us and stating "it is what it is". (No is not). Man, it's very simple to remediate, just acknowledge the mistakes, and make it right for the customers. Not a good business practice!!!

Troy and his staff have been truly outstanding compared to the several other providers of irrigation support our community has had over the years. While the hourly rate is more than some, our tech is well trained and cares about the job, looking for the best solution. The bottom line works too when the coverage is properly set and we don't have to replace plants or turf.

I hired Tropical Outdoor Solutions to put down white rock along my whole backyard where the shrubs were as well as around the pool area. Three of their workers did an amazing job and my backyard looks so beautiful now. I would definitely hire them again when the need arises.

Our irrigation system was not providing very good coverage of grass and plantings all of a sudden. Technician Nate came and did a full inspection He replaced a couple of heads and re-directed others. Voila! No more brown spots,

A great tech repaired my outdoor lighting. The the person who answers the phone found a local company to repair the fountain on my lanai since they do not do that type of repair. So excellent service for both of my repair issues.

Tropical Outdoor Solutions came on a timely basis, and did a great job looking over my irrigation system and fixing all the issues I was having. I will definitely use them going forward.

I first started using Tropical Outdoor Solutions to maintain my irrigation system over 5 years ago when I first bought my current home. At that time the home was 15 years old. It has a 9 zone irrigation system which had not been maintained properly. It had drip lines everywhere which were stopped up because the two main system filters had not been cleaned causing a continuing problem because of the use od reclaimed water. Tropical Outdoor Solutions brought the system back to life. Ever since, when I have an irrigation system problem I have learned the hard way that Tropical Outdoor solutions is the only company on whom I can depend to properly diagnose and repair the problem. Their technicians are second to none.

Highly Recommend for irrigation! Anthony and Kyle couldn’t have been more knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and cordial. I bought a home in Parrish from out of state, with no irrigation knowledge. We knew the system had some issues, Anthony quickly came out to inspect and provided multiple solutions. Kyle then took the time to answer numerous questions that greatly helped in our understanding. Once decided, Anthony promptly installed a new Rain Bird controller and got the system all working/ programmed. Definitely plan to use for irrigation going forward!

The company did a great job of installing an irrigation system. My yard is covered in plants and trees without any lawn so the company had to be very resourceful in installing a fairly complicated system of watering at multiple levels including a ceiling mist spraying system in my shade house. The are 5 different water zones that are programmed to come on at various times , days and amounts. My yard looks like a rain forest when the misters come on.

One of the best experiences I’ve had with a contractor! Tropical Outdoor Solutions (landscapers) reviewed my project, sent the estimate immediately with copies of their license and insurance (without having to ask)!
The team showed up on time, with beautiful healthy plants, which they laid out in our garden and asked me to review before they planted. They noted the type of garden I already had and laid the plants out with plenty of space between them the way I like.
It took them one day to complete my gardens, had me walk around again to approve, told me that if any plants looked wilted or unhealthy to let them know and they would come and take care of it.
Every member of the team was professional and personable. At the end they cleaned everything up and even stayed to chat with me for awhile. I was truly amazed at the superior customer service!. The gardens are gorgeous and we couldn’t be happier!

Want to thank your company and employee Andy for doing a fantastic job on the multiple problems I had with irrigation and low voltage lighting. Took care of all the issues and did it in a timely and professional manner.

Excellent service. Technician was prompt, assessed the situation, provided the estimate. Came back the next day and fixed all, accurately and did not exceed the estimated cost. I am very pleased with the results.

Nothing but a positive experience. They were out in a matter of days upon my query. Came out, confirmed what we were looking for, made some spot on suggestions and information (Tim is awesome). Received the quote back in no time, HOA approval just as fast and they came out and knocked it out of the park. One tree had some serious shock and looked like it was dying, but after they reviewed with the supplier, it was confirmed shock and the tree was fully leaved again in a weeks time!

Totally recommend them, and have them working on the next phase of the yard.
