Great experience with this company! I had new landscaping installed in my front yard (it had become overgrown). Tim listened to my vision for what I wanted and offered suggestions.Tear-out of old landscaping, preparation of ground, installation of shrubs and palms and mulching completed in only 2 days! They even moved a heavy statuette from my backyard to the front. When some irrigation lines were accidentally cut, they were repaired just 2 days later at no extra charge. Hard workers as well as courteous and friendly. Price was what they quoted- no surprises. I heartily recommend Tropical Outdoor Solutions and will definitely contact them for any future projects!!!

Top notch referral from my neighbor. I had multiple sprinkler heads that were busted, a couple buried and a zone that was malfunctioning. The technician showed up under rolling thunder and got right to work. He changed out all the busted heads getting absolutely drenched in the process. He said it was part of the job. He changed out all the little misters and fixed everything in a short amount of time. The bill that came after was well worth the service provided and well below what I thought it could be. Fantastic service. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Great job installing the drain system we wanted. After crew left we noticed the drain was a bit misaligned to our door which water collected in front of but Tropical came back out and fixed the issue in a timely manner. Would recommend Tropical for any type of drainage system.

They kind of intuitively know where my buried valves will be and save me the money usually charged for using the detector. And replaced and adjusted my sprinklers quickly. They never disappoint.

Tim, my install consultant, was very a helpful, creative and a positive problem solver. Everyone on the crew worked very hard during the install. When the original design didn't work as intended, a thoughtful review was conducted and the team came back out immediately and remedied the situation. My drainage issues have been resolved.

My experience was stellar and am so happy I found this company because they fixed a leak in our well that the monthly service technician failed to even identify. After Tropical came out I called our well company because it was new as of last year, when they arrived they said they could do a bypass of the softener system and the price they quoted for the “repair” was more than what Tropical charged to actually fix it.
The yard was flooded with about 6-7” of water extending 100’ or more around the well, out in the backyard, and into the driveway that I thought at first was because of the rainy season. Within a few hours after Tropical came by the water had subsided so I attached pictures of the driveway mess and frog eggs that were growing in the water pond that was created and left ignored for about two months by the previous well company.
It is so great to have a competent, experienced, and prompt company and such a feeling of relief, So very thankful that a potential disaster was adverted that Tropical saved us from. Looking forward to doing some landscaping now that this water leak issue is fixed. Highly recommend for any irrigation/well work especially if you are in need of a repair.

My front yard has been transformed into a work of art. A lot of work done by this crew. 25 year old hedges and scrubs were removed. All the work was done in one day.
