After using several HVAC companies I finally found one who shows up on time and does excellent work with no surprises. Perfect Air installed a Mini-split and reconfigured one of my systems and it all works great. I now use them for preventative maintenance and would highly recommend them.

I was very impressed with the work done by Maxi at perfect air sarasota.He was prompt ,courteous,and answered all my questions.I have never had a company do such a complete tune up and cleaning of the coils in my units . He replaced both capacitors ,installed uv lights, and a duct inonizer unit in the garage air handler . He came up with a package price that saved me hundreds of dollars. I am very satisfied ...I like also it is a small family owned company. I will refer anyone I know to use them for AC needs ...

Ramon was quick to diagnose and resolve the problem with our A/C unit.

We would absolutely recommend Perfect Air to anyone who is in need of a new a/c system. We spent several months researching companies and getting at least 5-6 quotes. We decided on Perfect Air due to the time Oleg spent at our house answering all our questions and going over every thing that would be done and the types of systems available. We felt the price was very reasonable and fair compared it to the other quotes we had received. Oleg and his crew were prompt, knowledgeable and polite. They did a great job on installation, cleaning up and they also answered all the questions I had before leaving. The Trane a/c heat-pump unit works great! It is quiet and efficient. From beginning to end we had a good experience and we are really happy with our decision. The day after the installation, Oleg returned to answer a question.

Lived in University Park Country Club for 13 years and have dealt with at least five different air conditioning/heating companies. The service and expertise I got from Perfect Air of Sarasota was so far above any other company that it is unbelievable.

The company is small, efficient, fast, totally open and honest and it was obvious they only sold me the system I needed for my medium sized 2600 sq ft house. I was told the top of the line air conditioner was too much new technology not yet fully tested over the years and more bells and whistles than we would ever use. Saved me several thousand dollars that was really appreciated. They cleaned all my air ducts before they replaced the system (small very reasonable charge) and they came back 2 or 3 times on different days after installation just to make sure the system was working "perfectly".

I cannot recommend this company enough.

It seems to me like a family run business, they call you when they should. They don't pester.. They send you a detailed invoice with proof that they did all the appropriate tests on your unit when they cleaned it. Two of the technicians that I met have been with them for several years.I have recommended them To my friends. They're always very nice when you speak to them on the phone too . Routine service calls are average price From what I can see

I manage over 30 properties and have for many years. If you want an a/c company that is reliable and tells the truth about what you need , Perfect Air is the one to go to! Oleg is honest and on time. He has advised me on many projects. His installations go without a problem.

We had been using one of the big local Sarasota air conditioning service companies for more than 20 years. Last year, we did a major renovation in our home and our builder, who we liked, suggested that we call Perfect Air and get an installation quote and a quote for the annual maintenance contract. We called Oleg and his price to install the new system was more than 20% lower than our big company's quote. Same specs; same equipment. Everything went without any problems. The annual service contract was also substantially less than the big guy.

About a month after we were through with the renovation, there was a small problem with the system. Seems that there was a power surge or something that blew out a relay in the equipment. Called Perfect Air that day and a repair guys was here the next morning to swap out the item.

I can enthusiastically recommend Perfect Air to anyone looking for a local firm that has better pricing and excellent service.

This is our first experience with Perfect Air. Max was extremely personable and knowledgeable. He let us know that we had a problem of which we were not aware, gave undeniable proof of that problem and offered an immediate resolution. I was extremely impressed with him and I don't impress easily, LOL. He kept our safety in mind, by wearing a mask the entire time he was here, even though it was extremely hot in the garage and used sanitizer as well. I am very pleased with the job that he did for us and I am very pleased with this company, as a result of his service. He is definitely an asset to that company. I have nothing but good things to say about Perfect Air! We will definitely take advantage of their maintenance service and they have just become our new AC guys. Thank you, Max!

I found Perfect Air five years ago when I needed a new heat pump/air conditioner. Oleg was the owner of a small outfit and did an excellent job installing the new one. The cost was superior to any other company I have contacted at the time. Since then he services my air conditioner twice a year with a reasonably priced contract. He comes right away when I have any kind of problem. No wonder, his business has grown fast and now he owns several service track.

Perfect Air is great AC company and we have been using them for many years. They are always on-time and very good at what they do. I would recommend them to anyone. They just simply "perfect" in their field of work. We have their service in many different houses over the years and every time they have done superb job at affordable price. Oleg and his team are the best!!!

We moved into our new home. It had two fairly new A/C units (less than a year old). We wanted to install a second zone in our home for the new media room so it could be controlled on its own. After considering/interviewing several companies, Perfect Air was our choice. And we couldn't be happier. With the additional zone off one of the A/C units, they installed new duct-work back to the media room (which is in the back of the house). There were challenges in getting it set up properly but they were there at every step of the way. Tony was AMAZING. Always courteous, always calm and ready to help. As I said, it took a few times to fine-tune the setup with flow between the two zones, but don't take that to mean anything was wrong. They wanted to get it 100% right. They also installed new thermostats that could be controlled via an app which is also very convenient. I waited to post my review until I was satisfied that everything was great, and consistent. I just want to say that we have had previous, horrible experiences with various A/C companies. No need to get into all that, but living in Florida, you know how important good A/C is, and we were so nervous about embarking on this new work. We came from our Orlando home which was a new, massive remodel and we had four zones there on one unit and loved it. Here we have two units, so we only needed a second on one of the two. As someone who has moved quite a lot related to my field of work, I've seen and heard it all with the various A/C companies. Not only is Perfect Air the BEST A/C company we've ever dealt with, but they are one of the top companies we've dealt with in any kind of home related work. Again, Tony was just such a refreshing gentleman. Always kind, controlled, caring and was totally focused on making it right. I HIGHLY recommend Tony and their staff. Each and every one we dealt with were just as caring and dedicated as Tony. Trust me, if you need A/C work - no matter what it is - don't go anywhere else. Perfect Air is just that; PERFECT!
