Our family has been using Perfect Air for our routine air-conditioning maintenance with great results. Important considerations include quick response time, quality diagnostics of equipment issues, and great service.

Last week I had two new units installed. Due to the size of the investment I did get two other estimates for comparison. I chose Perfect Air because their quotation was fair and I know that The installation would be done properly and with all the attention to detail.

Be careful who you choose to take care of your equipment. I trust Oleg and the people at Perfect Air without hesitation.

I have been using Perfect Air for a number of years now. They have always shown up on time, and taken care of my a/c for this house and the previous one too. I just had a coil leak and with the age of the system, decided to go with a replacement system. Perfect Air got it done and it has been running wonderfully for the past 2 weeks. It is so nice and quiet and easy to operate the new thermostat.
I have the maintenance contract with them and my normal service technician has always shows up on time and is very personable. I am so glad I listened to my co-worker who recommended them way back around 2008. They have taken good care of me all these years.

The first great impression I had just talking over the phone with Oleg who organized the service I needed. He took his time explaining the problem. The technician, Sergey, arrived promptly. He was incredibly professional and quickly diagnosed the issue. Sergey and his young partner
were fabulous and took care of all my a/c problems. They had done some extra work with no extra charge. Honest, responsible employees that honor their duty. It’s sad to say it’s rare at these days. I am happy to say it was a much much better experience than previous A/C companies I have dealt with. I definitely stay with this company. Highly recommend!

Seven years ago, the previous owners of our house in the Trails introduced Oleg and recommended him highly. We have renewed our annual contract with him since then. He has maintained out older system in perfect running condition. For two years the house was rented, while we were temporarily relocated to another state. When the renters complained that the furnace was not working correctly, we arranged by long distance with Oleg's staff to coordinate an appointment with the renters which they did immediately. Within record time, Oleg visited the house, immediately noticed the number of pets (three dogs and four birds), replaced the filter and had the system humming again. All done for a minimal charge and the cost of the replacement filter. I trust Oleg completely. He and his staff are first rate, and they have my highest recommendation. Bernie

My new AC company! My previous one was sold to a new owner, and all they want to do is sell, sell, sell. Perfect Air came out twice within two days for an emergency and took care of my problems quickly and honestly for a very fair fee. Love dealing with skillful professionals with integrity. I would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone!

Perfect Air is the only air conditioning company I use and for good reason. I used them several times and think results speak for themselves.

My tenants said the AC was not cooling properly and called "One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating" located in Bradenton in Feb 2025. They insisted on fixing the AC immediately but it was after normal business hours so they called "One Hour" since they offer emergency service.

Bad call on their part. Not only did One Hour charge $149 for the service call but the tech shocked me by saying that coil, filter dryer, and refrigerant needed to be replaced at a cost of approximately $4000, included parts & labor. Tech said AC unit was under warranty (which is was not!) and price included warranty credit. Tech claimed there was oil stain/leak on coil due to refrigerant leak (from photos he sent there was no oil leak).

I declined service and had Perfect Air come the next morning. Turns out the capacitor (located in outside fan/compressor unit) needed to be replaced at cost of $135 plus the $89 service call so total bill was $225.

Found out that my neighbor's AC unit also needed the capacitor replaced a few months ago. This additional info. gives me confidence that Perfect Air properly diagnosed the issue as all condo units & AC systems were built/installed at same time and are having similar issues.

AC works fine now as tenants ran it right after the repair.

Thank God for Perfect Air, can't believe the other company tried to cheat and take advantage like that.

What happened to oleg. I have had the pleasure of his workmanship for many of my rentals. The new installers do not have the same experience it seems. Where's the old installation crew?
