Mike was a little behind schedule but I put that on the company and not Mike. Got right to the job. We discussed all aspects and made any decisions that needed to be made. Mike provided good advice about the project. Worked quickly to get the job completed. Walked me through the finished job and left no question unanswered . Left the site as clean as when he arrived. Rich was absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable, and he explained everything about what needed to be done and he was very courteous. I was so happy to hear that he had the capacitor that needed to be replaced with him in the truck and that made me feel so good when I want to talk to him and he told me that it was the capacitor and I said OK are we gonna order it? He said no I already replaced it. It was a nice experience and thank you to all ACS techs because they’re all wonderful!

The problem is still with us. The transformer replacement did not correct the problem. I wanted him to measure the primary and secondary xfm voltages but he was not getting an error code that said something was abnormal. Nothing changed after changing the transformer, so a person skilled in diagnostic procedures for this system will hopefully arrive here early tomorrow. It's going to get cold tomorrow evening.

Came out late at night and did a great job. Gave me all the details and explained well. Would I have liked to pay less for the part, sure - but the service was top notch

Michael was excellent! Patiently explained what was going on with our HVAC and gave some great options and fixed it. So glad I called ACS.

My concern was the price of labor $675.00. My unit is only two years old. Now a Motor was needed. I also needs copies of service in hand. I don’t have a computer, only use my cell phone. I like to be able to read the small prints before signing my name on a tablet from the tech who quotes the price. I was very pleased with the tech Christian who installed the motor, took 30 minutes . He was very knowledgeable, and polite.

He worked diligently at fixing the light fixtures in my house. He has good work ethics and displayed knowledge of his electrical skills. Thank you Mike L.
