Alex was on time and very friendly. He explained what he was inspecting and servicing on our ac unit . He advised us on an issue and had the parts to instal immediately so he didn’t have to make another trip out. I will be highly recommending Alex and the ACS company to my friends and clients .

The technians were very prompt and efficient in their work on my unit. My wife is in bed and very sick and they took every effort to minimize any noise so as not to disturb her. Gamy and Mike were on time and were professional, knowledgeable and efficient when they installed and hooked up our whole house standby backup generator. They were very friendly and courteous, and answered all of our questions and explained everything they were doing. They also cleaned up everything before they left.

Mike is Fantastic very talented and knowledgeable. Generac took their sweet time sending the parts that were defective on my Brand New Generator so it was a 7 month ordeal but Mike did a great job

Paul, was very professional and really took the time to answer all questions that both my sister and I had, as this will be the 3rd unit within 24 years (replacement of two Rheem units). There were no type of sales pressure. He provide pro and cons of all options and left it up to us to make the decision, as opposed to others.

We switched to ACS after being let down by our previous HVAC company and we couldn’t be happier. We’ve had maintenance three times since switching and each visit has been positive. More recently Kenny came out to do our 6 month maintenance and wow - what a friendly, kind, down to earth guy. We need more techs like him across the many home maintenance industries. Gary came out today for the biannual service on our A/C. Probably the best technician that’s ever come out. Super friendly and communicative. Treated my house with the care and respect I’d imagine he’d treat his own.
